Nothing beats a Honey Baked Ham. I went up to this store the day before I reserved a quarter ham. I went early to avoid the weather pending the next day. I waited an hour in line with plenty of other people. This is usual for this time of year, however, so I anticipated a wait.

Waiting in a very long line to pick up the ham was ridiculous. I would think they would have hired extra help so that people doing have to wait out in the cold and rain. Also, they didn’t have a whole boneless ham that I ordered ahead of time, so they gave me 2 half hams. Of course which cost me more. They definitely were not well prepared.

Went to pick up my ham I’d preordered online for Thanksgiving. The staff were obviously busy, but still very friendly. Despite old women doing their best to stand directly in the way of the staff preventing them from getting anything from the freezer at the front of the store, they were still very friendly and helpful.

Always go to honey baked ham for the holidays and any location I go to I have never had a problem and always get great service, the staff is always friendly and go above and beyond (kenwood location- I had my baby in my arms and I had a turkey and ham and they had someone walk with me to my car instead of me lugging it all!!) Definitely recommend!!
