Ill never go back due to the staffs grotesque behavior and unwillingness to correct a wrong order. I live right nearby and was hopeful for an easy new place for sandwiches. The bread was also stale.

The new policy of not allowing customers to see the slices in the individual packets is making me feel like I’m getting leftovers. The slices are either too fatty or too thick and I don’t get to see them till I pay for them and they do exchanges. You should make the packaging more transparent so we can have an honest choice. $11.00 plus per package is expensive for having something NOBODY WANTS to EAT.

I just spent 2 hours in line at Honey Baked Ham in Ferndale. This is the day before Thanksgiving so I expected to wait to pick-up my prepaid order but when I got to the location it was total and utter chaos. Two lines winding down the block. No clear instructions for pickup, no information from the staff, and hundreds of very angry people. This was the third pickup I was doing for the day with prepaid orders all and the only one that seemed to have no organized system to process the completely foreseeable holiday rush. After two hours when I finally reached the front of the line my order was not ready (again, I had a scheduled pickup time for 4:30 pm, it was now 6:30). Employees were walking around aimlessly looking for orders to pick. I had to confirm my order three times with them even after they scanned my prepaid bar code. Ultimately I had to tell them how much I paid for my order so they could find it. It was total chaos inside with no organization and no one in-charge. I don’t blame the employees, they were clearly doing their best. However, the franchise owner and store manager clearly dropped the ball. There were little kids standing in the cold for hours with their parents. Elderly people with walkers. Wheel chair bound customers who couldn’t even enter the store. We have ordered from this location many times, mostly on holidays and usually with a 15-20 minute wait but never anything like this. I’m sure it’s a fine store not on a holiday but we will never order from this location again. Total nightmare.

I waited nearly 2 hours in an unorganized line for a pre-paid order to finally get to the front of the line and one of the main items I wanted was sold out. How can you sell out of an item that I prepaid for 2 weeks in advance? Then to top it off, one of the items I did receive was spoiled. Please do better.

First of all the food is amazing! I tend to get sandwiches form this store often for the office and we all love it! I also needed to comment on the service though, it was fantastic. All the ladies in there were so kind and helpful with huge spirit. Even when they were getting busier and I was waiting, there was a customer who came in and called some of the woman a foul name and they just all brushed it off professionally and did not let that bother them and their work. I missed all the girls name but I remember Kira because it was her birthday and full of spirit.

Great food and very friendly people. I called over the 4th of July to see if they were open; they were open and they even offered to make the sandwiches exactly before we got there so they’d be even fresher. The sandwiches are hearty enough for dinner. This establishment is a regular go to for our family. We are so glad they are there!

EXCELLENT food, Customer Service was ok in the end ,but at first she was a little judgmental, because my husband and I didn’t want any condiments on our sandwiches. But in the end she was nice. Otherwise I would have given them a five star.
