I really don’t understand why it is so difficult to follow a customers request. I waited a half hour for a co worker to go get our lunches for us, she got back and they had made my sandwich with Mayonnaise which we specifically asked them twice not to do. I am now throwing my lunch in the trash and will have to go without lunch today. Thanks a lot!!

Absolutely insane how expensive this place has gotten. Over $40 for 2 boxed lunches (added bacon to 1 sandwich), a tiny cup (3 oz) of potato salad and 2 cookies that are NOT included in the box lunches anymore.

I really enjoy the food but I unfortunately will never buy a family meal again from here, I used to always get the 4 person dinner. 2lbs of meat and 2 sides. Now for some reason I’m paying more for the 4 person dinner now with only 1 side. I understand inflation but don’t charge me more and take away from what is supposed to be a 4 person meal. Not a good feeling at all.

Don’t understand when you order a ham for someone and ask who is gonna pick it up and they put it in my name.real nice seeing is I don’t live in town and you give the person the ham was for a hard time because your people don’t do there JOB!!so I guess I will start buying 2 hams a year from a different company.thanks honey bake for saving me money in the long run.maybe you will give a little better training to your employees

The ham is absolutely The Best ham. We love the food here. Not just half or full hams and great sides, but excellent sandwiches either to go or eat in store. We stopped in for lunch in early Jan 2020. The staff is great, very friendly and polite. The food is fresh and a fair price for the quality. Our sandwiches were wonderful, real honey baked ham, large pieces on fresh bread. Perfectly made ham salad with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Stop here every visit to Traverse City.

Their spiral baked ham is tremendous. I highly recommend. The honey baked version is of course a lot sweeter, but if you prefer that, theirs is tasty and moist. Right now you can order and even pay on line so you can just pull up and they will bring your order out to your car.
