Very rude behind the counter, I was picking up my order and the guy that was making it started raising his voice for no reason got mad cause I was a doordasher and I should of been more accommodating. If it was me ordering food or my order I would be very disappointed. I’m not very pleased.

Been ordering sandwiches for staff luncheons for years from this place. Everyone knows they have the best sandwiches in town. Finally decided to get one of their hams for Christmas. Let me tell you, it was a great decision. My family devoured the ham. I think it is time for a new family tradition, and that will be getting our hams from this place from now on. Outstanding.

I stumbled across this place while looking for a relatively healthy lunch option, and my ham sandwich was a delicious choice. The ham was cut thick, and there were a variety of options with different toppings. The staff was attentive and friendly. I also had a tasty cookie, negating the healthy part, but I regret nothing.

Stopped in for lunch on the go. We had a couple of Classic Ham Sandwiches. Mine was as it’s designed, my wife’s was customized a bit. Super friendly staff, excellent sandwiches. Top notch, close to what you pay for much less quality burgers. Highly recommend this shop!!

First time for myself and I want to say, I love this place! I tried the honey baked ham sandwich special, the honey glaze tasted wonderful. I also like how they sell different varieties of mustards, mayonnaises, and sauces + roasts, side dishes, smoked hams, desserts, and turkeys! Will come back anytime as I’m very fond! Biannually the company i work for holds a training. I always order our employees the to go boxes to take with them on their way out. Honey baked ham is so awesome to work with. The orders are always correct, come on time and absolutely delicious! One of the best spots in Green Bay!

This was my first visit to Honey Baked Ham and have to say I was quite surprised. The biggest surprise was that they had gluten free bread that actually tasted pretty good. I had the Tavern Club and there was actual meat on it (next time I will ask for more lettuce) but it tasted really good & was filling and it was priced right. The cafe was neat & clean. The staff was efficient & the sandwich hot. Glad she put some extra sauce in the bag. I will definitely go there again as I heard their salads are really good also.

My company ordered from the Green Bay location this week. I placed the order online, the owner followed up personally over email to thank me. Then, confirmed the order the next day. When I picked it up, it was already packaged perfectly. One of the sandwiches was a “no bun” request and they made a lettuce wrap out of it. 10 out of 10, 100% customer service. We will be ordering a lot from here. Thank you for the superior, outstanding, fantastic customer service. And in additional, thanks for being so friendly too!!!
