My wife and I ordered from this location for the first time today. We used to only go to the rolling meadows location, but since we moved this one is closer for us. The staff who helped us was amazing & we had such a pleasant experience! They helped us get the best deal and made the whole process even better for us! This location is very very clean and organized which was a plus too! Of course the ham and sides we got were amazing (as always) and we will be back soon!

I bought a 1/4 ham and 3 sides dinner for a family gathering the day after Christmas. They had run out of the 1/4 ham so they upgraded to 1/2 ham no charge. The Italian style broccoli was so good my father even ate it. He hate broccoli. Honey baked is always a hit.

This is the best ham sandwich I’ve had! The ham was thick, juicy and sweet! They have a variety of sandwiches and their ham and bean soup was delicious. The honey mustard was sweet, savory and a perfect compliment to the ham. Customer service was outstanding. Will definitely be returning!

Just wanted to take a moment to recognize the entire team that is working pre-Thanksgiving. The line was super long which is to be expected with a holiday so close, but everyone was doing their best to keep up and doing a great job. If customers would just pay attention and not be so difficult with their orders, lines would move like they should. Thank you everyone for your hard work and good luck with the rest of your shift :).

The first time I went, I loved it. The second time, it was a disaster. I went in to get a sandwich and was treated so rudely by the staff, as if I was a bother to them. When I walked in the door, a lady started harassing me by getting in my face and asking me all sorts of questions about my order. When I told her I didn’t place an order, she continued bothering me by insisting I have a free sample and I had to say no several times. The menu board for the sandwiches was missing. When I asked what happened to it, they told me that they were only serving pre-made sandwiches from their fridge. I found the one I wanted and paid for it. When I went to have a seat, that’s when the trouble began. They had taken out all of the tables and chairs, even the stools at the front counter at the window. When I asked for a place to sit, the woman behind the counter argued with me. Basically, they didn’t want anyone sitting down. They said that because it was the holiday season, they didn’t want any customers sitting in the restaurant. I told them that I was there a week ago when it was still the holiday season and there was a spot to sit then. They had roped off an area for people to stand in line to pick up their orders. There wasn’t a single customer in the store except me and they were telling me to leave. It wasn’t until after I started complaining that they finally offered to get a stool for me. I told them forget it, I’m just going to sit in my car. They should have brought one out when I was obviously looking for a spot to eat the food I had just bought. Very disrespectful to argue with a customer. They could have easily left a few stools out for someone to sit down. The food is very good, but I won’t be back for a long time after that episode. Paying customers deserve to have a chance to sit down and not be challenged when they ask for a seat. Terrible service, they are rude and like to argue with customers.
