Ordered a gift catering order for delivery to a widow on the weekend. Called on Monday morning to be sure it was delivered and was told they did not have the order and it was not. So, I called another company and had a delivery scheduled. Then, I was charged for the large order. When I called back I was told it was delivered on the weekend. Therefore, the recipient got 2 orders from us and we spent double. The Manager would not do anything to assist in this debacle. They have lost our future business .

I got one of their new bbq pulled pork sandwich and it was disgusting. Tasted like fish. I thought it might have been the pickles so I took a bite of pickles separate and they were fine. Took a bite of the pork and it tasted like fish. Had my adult son taste it and he said the same thing. I called and of course no manager on duty and of course they said they never had any complaints. Didn’t take my name to have a manager call me.
