I have ordered a few times and have not been disappointed until yesterday. I was surprised after leaving it out the suggested time and unwrapping the ham and planning and serving it at room temperature, I found that is was burned – the ham was black on the outside and tasted burned. I was highly disappointed and needless to say, was very surprised that this wasn’t caught when it was wrapped at the store.

The Boneless Smoked Turkey Breast was delicious Easter Sunday Dinner. Also the Broccoli Casserole, Sweet Potatoe Souffle, and Baked Beans were so good! Honey Baked Ham has excellent deserts as well. Friendly Staff and very helpful.

First time there to buy a sandwich and probably won’t go back. Stale bread, onion slices too thick for on a sandwich and the turkey was not fresh. The edges were dry.

Placed the order and paid for everything online days before the pickup date. Went to the facility to pick up the order and they did not have half of the items that I had already paid for. Instead of prioritizing already paid for orders they simply sold the items that were already paid for to any customer that came in for that particular item.

Ordered ahead – smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. They schedule pickup times that are convenient. I walked in, picked up my order, they packed it up, printed receipt and out the door. Total time about 5 minutes.

I have ordered my bone in hams from this store for years and really liked the online ordering now in place. I was however, very disappointed in my ham this time. I order huge hams so usually about $95. They no longer let you view the ham you’re getting due to Covid. Use to be you could view and accept or ask for a new ham. The ham I got for Easter was very fatty and “burned” on one side. I would have never accepted it, especially not for $95. If customers are no longer allowed to view, I recommend changing the packaging. I don’t buy meat without looking at it so it seems reasonable to be able to view an expensive ham.
