Always a delightful experience when dining in. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on all products under the Honey baked Ham umbrella. The eating area is always clean and kept. The outside can be a bit decieving as its always calm but this is a place you must eat at. At least once.

The service was slow and insufficient. They made numerous mistakes on our two classic sandwiches. They were the most basic sandwiches and they could not make them correctly. We’ll will give them one more opportunity but if they cannot produce better service than what we had we will not go there again.

Would say I like this place. Used to go all the time for lunch. But after 2 times in a row of going in and sitting and waiting at the front being the only person in the store and making eye contact with the employees in the back and they ignore me for 10 minutes and laugh. Won’t be returning anymore. Which is sad with how slow they are they probably needed my business.
