But don’t tell me I can order online when what I need is unavailable online and you tell me it is 1st come 1st serve. All I wanted was ham’s license not a large meal and not a 7.9 pound ham for $65. Worst service I’ve ever had. I set up a pick up but didn’t prepay as I have never been so I was unsure. I got there and after there was 2 people left in line, they pulled everyone from checking people out to the prepay line. THIRTY MINUTES LATER and now that I’m immensely late for work. They decided I was worth it to assist. They didn’t have any of the orders ready and it was completely chaos. The manager was a disaster and I will absolutely never be returning! I will happily spend my money in a place that values all of their customers and can figure out up from down.

The GM Angie and store associate Donovan got me one of every side dish and dessert they had left, as well as the turkey breast I hadn’t received, and Angie didn’t charge me at all!
