I only like to spend money on things I can’t make myself, so in saying that the restaurant side of this business let me down. The sandwiches were very basic tasting, and even had a tiny amount of their special ham inside. Lame! Fresh ingredients but I definitely could have made it myself at home. Potato salad had no flavor, and was actually bad. Staff was very friendly and place was clean. I’d come back to grab a sandwich if I was on the run and needed lunch.

Very strange experience trying to exchange ham bought a few hours earlier because the whole family thought it was way too dry. Must be a family owned franchise. I didn’t buy the original ham that day, merely tasked with the long drive to exchange it. I am not aware of any scams involving exchanging 98% of a brand new ham for 100% of a new one. They smiled, said I didn’t owe more money, threw my receipt away and tricked me into accepting a $50 ham when we paid $85 for the original and after they disposed of my receipt. phone call home tipped me off. Just gonna contest with VISA, but seriously, what kind of people do something like that?

They are very friendly and the ham sandwich was so delicious. I ordered a meal and it was a little over $10 so I say it was just a bit pricey that’s why I gave a 4 star instead of a five. They also have a savory sauce which is pretty great!

Wow Wow Wow! I’m shook at the amazing customer service and the generosity of these employees. I came in to purchase 2 bags of beans, after trying my card at both registers and my card not reading.. the employee used tap on her phone and purchased them for me before I could even realize what she was doing. The other employee that was also helping me said she was just about to do the same thing!! I offered to come back in with cash and they both refused, wishing me blessings. It brought me to tears! I’m sitting in my car still processing these wonderful ladies generosity and wishing I could show them just how much that tiny deed affected me in a huge way!

2nd visit in the last week. The employees are very friendly and the food is high quality. As a lunch spot, you can’t go wrong with the Ham Classic sandwich. If you want to switch it up, the chicken salad sandwich is also delicious.

I’m a frequent customer of this honey baked location, the customer service received from the previous staff was horrible. Every time I was craving a sandwich I’d think twice about going because I knew it came with a side of attitude from their employees. I walked in today and was soooo glad to see new faces! The new staff are exceptional, very friendly service and they recommended I try their potato salad which was really good! The past employees never seemed to have any sides available no matter what day or time it was. Thank you Honey Baked for making this change! It was much needed in the Tolleson location.
