Great customer service! Thee waitress that served my boyfriend and I was really sweet! Wished I caught her name. I moved from eureka but when visiting I wanted to try something new and found this place. They did not disappoint. Loved both the garlic fries and blue cheese fries. My burger was also BOMB! Most places with burgers I’ve tried where I now live always serve bland burgers.

I came to sit at the bar and get a beer. It seems the server can not pour beer. Even when asked to please actually fill the pint glass. Very disappointed as I was hoping to make it a regular spot. Before and after I politely asked for my pint glass to be filled. Especially when charging $7.50 for a beer. Will not be coming back.

The Hood’s food was delicious, and the waitress was awesome. My mom and I loved the burgers, their garlic fries were GREAT and their O Rings were delicious. The strawberry cheesecake and caramel brownie were also wonderful. Great service! I changed my fries to garlic fries 5+ minutes after placing my order and the server Annissa still made it happen. We definitely recommend this restaurant to others. We thoroughly enjoyed our burgers! I want to learn more about where they get their burger meat, because it tasted so good and the bun was great! Thanks again!

Don’t go to this place unless you just want to sit there and not be waited on. The greeter sat me and said someone was coming to take my drink order. Several folks came in after me and were waited on. I was ignored for nearly 20-minutes and they were not busy!! Very poor customer service!! Horrible!! The owners need to reconsider the staffing.

Broiled chicken in a fresh mushroom garlic cream sauce over linguini. Absolutely delicious. Need to put a menu on line or hard copy on pick up. A pleasant discovery based on word of mouth. Will be back for sure!
