Concept restaurant making food from scratch that is always fresh. Chef has carefully crafted each item on our menu, and has locally sourced as many items as possible. Our converted international shipping container is serving quality food at the Copperhead Brewery in downtown Conroe, Texas. Our dough, and both sauces, are made in house by our Chef. The burgers are prime ground from Majkszak’s Meat Market, served on either a Cheddar Bacon or Brioche Bun made fresh by the Manna – Bread from Heaven Bakery. We use quality hand made toma and pecorino romano cheese on pizzas, and a classic Vermont aged cheddar on the burgers and bacon cheese fries that we get from Houston Dairymaids. Additional parking out back, entrance 822 N. Frazier.

The staff was amazing!! My pet loved the environment and so did I! Must check out this small gem! Frito pie and the mushroom hamburger were amazing and tasty and big!! No need to order sides! Incredible food.. Everything is scratch made and you can tell from the first bite, even before that it looks as if it’s made fresh as well. The food was so good, and frankly cheaper than I’d expect for the quality. Anyone that gives this place less than 5 stars is a competitor or an enemy of joy. Will be back, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal!

Met the owner and he is phenomenal! He explained how everything is handcrafted in house. He makes his own barbecue sauce and mustard as well. Both of which were excellent in flavor. We had the pulled pork, it had Rich smoked flavor with tender juicy meat, just as you would want your pulled pork to be. If any of you know me you know I’m a very picky eater! And we can no longer say we can’t find good barbecue in Texas! Homemade buns to taste perfection. and the proportions are generous!Thank You, Ryan!

My husband and and I ordered pulled pork sandwich, and fish and chips. The staff is very friendly and accomidating. Copper head will not allow you to eat fish in the building lol.. Copperhead owner made us eat outside in the 100° heat.. Not very nice to do to customers as it was even our second time in this week! Owners of The HOPPY Kitchen were very nice though.
