Wonderful place to stop while visiting Victor, MT. This place is beautifully designed, offers a huge selection of Craft Beers, has amazing food and weekly Poker tourneys and many other events such as the Annual Tractor Pull and other activities centered around Montana fun things to do. The burgers and fries at the hop are definitely a meal to get!! The meat is so juicy and savory!! Everything about the burger from the toasted butter buns melted gooey cheese to the crispy bacon, and condiments are just right!! And the fries are so amazing, even reheated!!

Do not drive by! Outstanding beer selection to appease everyone and great food. All of the staff were amazing and accommodating, especially with a toddler and dog with us. We stayed in Victor for a week and came here 3 times. Highly recommend sitting on the back porch with stunning views!

Went during soft opening with a partial menu. They were having computer issues so not the best night to go. However, the staff and management were great and kept us informed of the status. The food was great! We had the artichoke hearts with garlic aioli, Parmesan and pine nuts. It was amazing! Also had the BLTA which was served with the garlic aioli as well. I think I would have preferred mayonnaise. The in-house baked bread was soft and so good! The sandwich was huge, I’m guessing 8” cut in half. They only had one fruit beer, but it was tasty! We’ll definitely go back. I can’t wait to see the full menu. Also, the games upstairs look like they’d be lots of fun for an adult night out.

Great food, great service, and an amazing selection of beer! Great atmosphere also. We both had burgers. I had the regular cheeseburger with salad and my husband had the western burger with onion rings. The onion rings were spectacular. Beer battered and fried to perfection. I will definitely return again.

When I arrived and sat down with our party on the second floor, mind you they were there first and ordered drinks and food, so by the time we sat down the server was bringing up their food. At that time we asked to order drinks, she responded to us that she’ll send up our waitress to take the order and left. After 45, and no one came we then went down to the bar to order drinks(non-alcoholic beverages) the gal wrote down the order and said she’ll have someone bring them up. Okay so we waited another 15 minutes and still no drinks. We ended leaving because after some seasoned fries and waiting over 45 minutes for a drink, we were a bit thirsty. I understand there was a rush going on, but it should not have taken that long to pour 2 sodas and a tea. I do truly like The Hops, food is always good, but that was a bad experience in service.

Loved the food – had the artichoke appetizer and the brie appetizer and then the Cluck Wagon chicken sandwich. Everything was wonderful and the appetizer portions were enough for a meal!
