Amazing hotdogs and any combination of hot you can think of . Chili cheese fries that were really good but it’s not your typical taste the chilli has a sweet taste too it. But it works and works well.

The next time I want to wait an hour to eat bland and dry food, I’ll eat with my dog. Ordered meal before 4pm and did not receive anything until after 4:40pm. They messed up the ordered, admitted it, and continued to work on others food before fixing it. Per the price point I expected a full chicken sandwich but it was on a slider bun. I could not swallow the first bite because it was so dry. Maybe the food took so long because they overcooked the chicken to the Nth degree. Beyond disappointed and will never be eating here again.

Okay so today was my family’s first time eating here. Hubby and the kids got chicken tenders and I got a burger with baked beans, bacon and sweet potatoes fries on the side. It was so good I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture.

Went to the HDF located in the Banks building, uptown Columbus. I chose the Atlanta XL Dog with slaw, chili, cheese, mustard and ketchup. What a great dog! Excellent flavor and a true giant. I figure it’s a true 12” jumbo dog! The fries I received in the combo were also hot, fresh and tender! The two ladies serving up my dinner were very kind, polite, professional and expedient. All my best! Thank you!

Terrible experience all around . Cashier was very rude , zero customer service ..was on her phone the whole time as if we were bothering her , didn’t give or offer napkins or condiments. Also 14$ for a reg size hotdog Fries and a 12 oz can soda is a bit much . Had the jerk Jamaican dog combo , it wasn’t good at all . The place was clean and atmosphere was friendly though . I do not recommend this place

First time here. Had an Italian dog, breakfast dog, side of onion rings and side of fries with cheese, $26. Customer service was good. Food is definitely way overpriced. The hot dogs you see were 7.50-8$, for the single hot dog alone, they aren’t jumbo dogs or anything just regular size. The taste was average, nothing extravagant. One and done is good for me.

Ordered the fire dog. It’s supposed to have flaming hot Cheetos with cheese and jalapeños on it. ONLY had hot sauce and jalapeños????? definitely not what I ordered.

First time trying out the hot dog factory the staff was very friendly. I ordered the Detroit style chilli cheese Coney dog combo the hot dog and fries was good but the sweet tea could’ve been a little bit better. Other than that very good experience.

I had high hopes for this place. Sadly it was a big disappointment. It’s overpriced for the amount of food you get, the fries had no salt whatsoever on them, and the hot dog nuggets were almost burnt. The Taco Dog was slightly redeeming but not enough. Won’t be returning.

On Sunday, August 7, 2022, @ the promenade on the river walk. My family and I ordered a slaw dog and 2 crispy chicken sandwiches around 5³⁰-6p. When we walked up to the counter, there was a young woman and a young man & no one greeted or acknowledged us. Then as they were making our food, she was licking her fingers and proceeded to tell my brother that she’s not touching our food. However, that’s unsanitary & disgusting. She didn’t have any gloves on or anything
