I have to say this is the best bbq we have ever had. My wife had the brisket sandwich, and it was the perfect amount of seasoning! The bbq sauce they had was the perfect pair. I got the Z’s Full Nachos with brisket added, and I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. Oh, I almost forgot how perfect the sweet yams were. The owners and the cook have the best southern hospitality ever. We will be back for more. And the area itself is spacious with the bar and karaoke! Fun atmosphere

Awesome food and service. We especially liked the sausage and beans! Mac salad with some kick was also great! Easy off and on from I25 as well. Located inside Tractor Brewing which has awesome beer and cider!

First time me, my wife, and son went on a Friday evening. We had the brisket sandwiches, and the pork ribs. Everything was great! The owners were so kind, and generous checking on us to make sure we were doing okay, and if we enjoyed the food. Glad to have found some good barbecue so close to home. We will definitely be back!

Tried Hot Mess on a whim. So glad i did. Had the Hot Mess pulled pork with Lemitar green chili with the coleslaw. My son had the same with the baked beans. We have tried new places before and were a little cautious. I’m so glad we came in. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was the absolute bomb. So tender and tasty. The homemade hot barbque sauce was awesome. And the portions were huge. I can not praise Hot Mess enough. If you don’t try Hot Mess, you will wish you had.

THE BEST BBQ! Who knew the best BBQ was practically in my backyard… The staff was welcoming and pointed me all the favorites. When we couldn’t decide, Zanwe came with a few samples and of brisket, pulled pork and some sausage… We ended up ordering a bit of everything! Never had potato salad this way and they wouldn’t give me the secret ingredient… The Bbq beans were something special also.. I can go on and on about this place! Thanks Hot Mess!
