The atmosphere of The Hot Pot (the misconstrued S is steam) greets this Vietnamese Pho restaurant (Google, please add this option) with a modern rustic ambiance. The staff creates a warm, inviting atmosphere and maintains a display that immerses you within appropriate seasonal themes. The service was extremely expeditious, and I was served within a matter of minutes.

Food was really delicious, ordered the pork/vegetables stir fry over rice noodles and crab cheese wonton, they added scallions to the wonton which I haven’t had before and it made them even better. They also had the super bowl playing on their 9 TV array which was cool to watch while I ate. Overall great place and the hospitality of the staff was superb. One of the better dinners I’ve had in Colorado springs.

This restaurant is amazing! Not only is the food fantastic and all you can eat, but the staff and owners are incredibly kind. They made sure we were well taken care of and were so sweet to the kiddos! They let them eat whatever they wanted and them brought them fun little treats. I will definitely be coming back!

P10. Pho Do Bien (Combo seafood)seafood was not very good the pho was bland and even the A2. Spring Rolls ( Goi Cuon) (2 Rolls) had little flavor . The Boba Smoothies are amazing so I thought the food would be as well but I will just be ordering Boba Smoothies only moving forward here at this location

Found this place by accident and was hesitant to try. But I’m glad we did. For $28.99 a person, it’s a bit pricey, but the flavor of the dish made it worth while. Add in the time and cost of driving saved to/from Denver for hotpot makes it worth it.
