Took the father in-law here for the first time. We have been here more then we can count. And it is always so amazing and employee’s never let us down. Always a smile and helpful throughout the whole time!!! Father will definitely go back again for next meal!!

Awesome! I have fallen in love with the BBQ sauce. The meat is fresh and ideal. We had a sweet and friendly server. The only thing we didn’t really enjoy was the Mac and cheese. It had a grainy texture to it that we couldn’t place and did not enjoy. However, this place is a perfect date night stop.

Great Place and amazing food! There’s a lot to choose from, but I had the smoke house grilled cheese with brisket, it was amazing! The server , I may be wrong with name Kristina, but the server was amazing and fun! Highly recommend! We sat on the food side.

Very good food, delicious! The waitress was wonderfull and made sure we were good. Unfortunately, we decided to sit next to the kitchen entry way. Because of this, I could hear some little girl and her drama. Employee and personal life drama or at least trying to create some. Other than that wonderful place!!!

For sure worth the visit. Great products. Attentive customer service. And a very nice establishment to kick back and enjoy a brew and bbq. The sausage is good! The brisket is fresh! The mac and cheese will leave you a mess. Stop in here of a the a few. Bring the kids, the dog and your grandmomma too! A great place to dine and the price always shines at the hot spot smokehouse!

Weary from our long travels, my mother orders my brother to look up a place to eat. After seeing a long and eloquent review, we decide to eat at The Hot Spot Smokehouse. Parking on the side of the street, my family of four approches the door not realizing it isnt the main entrance. The door is locked so we double check the hours and stand there in confusion. As we contemplate calling the restaurant, my mother walks around and spots people in the restaurant. We walk around the corner and spot the main entrance. Holding the door open to a long bearded old gentleman. I smell the cigarette smoke clinging to his clothes. “Thanks brother” he replies, intriguing me to the kindness that this town provides. Greeted at the door by a kind server girl, she tells us to sit where we would like. We find a table with half booths for us kids and half chairs for the parents. Sitting down, my brother and mother head to the bathroom. The same waiter comes by and asks us for our drink orders. Water with lemon for the table. After my brother comes back, i take my turn in the bathroom. The bathroom is clean and smells great with their air freshener active. After washing my hands. I am required to wait a while for the automatic towel dispenser to slowly spew out its possession. Leaving the bathroom i sit back down and after some time decided on the belly buster sandwich. A pulled pork and pork belly on broche bun. Recieving our food, I plan out a point of attack for my towering sandwich. Deciding to just give up all decency and just go for it, I devour it with ease and pleasure. Adding the provided spicy barbecue to it only increase the taste one hundred fold. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fix of meat that doesn’t mind a 25 dollar average per person. Easily a five star review for sure. NO hesitation.

Have not been inside. So far, ribs are delicious. They also have a great side salad. My only complaint is they never seem to have the jalapeño coleslaw, I have never tried it, but will keep asking. I always order through the window, person answering the window is always friendly.

T-man’s Brisket Challenge
Brisket was plenty marbled, cooked just right with a firm bite. The mild sauce was plenty smoky, a little sweet with good flavor. Big portion of warm corn bread was sweet & fluffy served w honey & butter. Slaw was refreshing.

Stopped in for take out tonight – 1#brisket, 1#sausage, potato salad and cornbread. Quick service! Brisket was pretty incredible (best we have had there) and that cornbread was made in heaven (for sure). Definitely worth it!
