Be prepared to wait a while on Sunday mornings. This place was hopping around noon, and it took a while to get our food. It was all good as we sat outside, made friends, and enjoyed the fresh air.

I’m not a traditional breakfast food fan and it’s usually difficult to find something that I like to eat before work. This restaurant exceeded my expectations starting with the friendly and welcoming service. I was given ample suggestions which made the decision process much easier. I chose the avocado and hummus sandwich which came with a side salad. This meal was top notch. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was amazing, I mean every single ingredient was made with love. Every time I travel to Lincoln, NE (I hail from Chicago) this will be where I have breakfast. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

The perfect spot for a late weekend brunch! We got the avocado toast, the breakfast skillet and the French toast to split. Fairly priced too for the amount of food you get, and worked out well to share a few options off the menu! Love that they focus on local sourced and sustainable food too. Delicious food and quick service! Would definitely recommend this spot.

Food was fantastic but the wait even after ordering was longer than anticipated. Probably the best biscuit I have had in Lincoln thus far. May be willing to go back but definitely not on a Sunday. Seating options, there were none. Biggest conflict was the seating right by the door. I prefer not to have people standing over me while I am eating.

Everyone in our family enjoyed their dishes, drinks, & freshly baked cookies. My avocado toast was especially tasty— topped with lemon, chili flakes, pickled onions on fresh bread!! Plus, what a cozy atmosphere on the river with quality service. 🙂

This place is cute and modern. My food was okay. The potatoes were pretty dry and food seemed kinda plain for what i expected. Not a big variety. Not as kid friendly as I would have liked. It was pretty much self service…eh not my vibe. I like what they are trying to do, it’s just not for me.

They do not offer decaf at all here so if that is something you are looking for, I would not recommend.

My absolute favorite breakfast/brunch spot in Lincoln! Incredible fresh ingredients – farm to table! They have a great menu and atmosphere. In the warmer weather I love to enjoy the outdoor seating. You walk in and order at the counter – they will bring your food to you! Highly recommend checking out The Hub Cafe! ☕️

Great food. It was my first time at this restaurant and I will go again. The reason I put 4 stars for service is I asked for no ham in my omelette and while the man was taking my order he got locked out of the computer, had to leave and then log back in. When I received my order it had ham in it. I don’t know if it was a computer glitch or his mistake.
