The two stars for the nice very clean atmosphere. This places comes off as a fancy fine dining restaraunt but in reality fazolis has better food. The customer service was below mediocre. My waiter brought my sweet tea which is what i asked for but then refilled my glass with unsweet tea twice. It was long wait for my order and there was nobody else waiting. Definitely won’t be back.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I found this Nifty little spot while walking downtown. The sign outside caught my eye. It stated lunch special pizza by the slice $2.50. Great! I went inside to place an order. I stood at the counter for quite some time while three employees laughed and talked ignoring my presence. I finally politely interrupt and ask to place an order. That was problem number one. I ordered a slice of pizza and was charged $3.75. I asked about the $2.50 special and she states “we don’t have a pizza special”. Well sure you do. There’s a sign right outside. She goes to ask someone else about this special and the second person tells me that cheese pizza is $2.50 and pepperoni is $3.75. I dispute the difference between what she is saying and what the sign advertising. She apparently couldn’t comprehend my point. I asked to see a menu. The price is she stated are the regular prices on the lunch menu. I explained to her that if she’s running a special that means I can get a slice of pizza for $2.50. She says no and that the entire lunch menu is a special. Are you kidding me?? Long story short, they refused to honor the special that was posted outside to bring customers in. When asked for a To-Go menu I was given a menu with much higher prices than the other menus I have been shown. I will not return. They are full of it. Oh, and my pizza was burnt.

Really a hidden gem in downtown Nashville! It doesnt look like much from the outside, but it is truly some of the best Italian food I have had. I suggest the “Taste of Italy” dinner, which is $21 and feeds 2 or a really hungry traveler! Note: We came at 7:30, so it may be busier earlier.

Wow I wish we would’ve checked their ratings before dining at this restaurant. We were in Nashville last Friday and the bad weather was coming. This was across from the Courtyard and even thought there wasn’t a single other customer we thought how bad can you screw up a pizza. Well we were wrong. We ordered a half margarita half Greek pizza. The Greek was a good pizza but the margarita wasn’t even close. The margarita side looked more a really bad frozen pizza, could nearly find even the basil. To make things worse we ordered and until the pizza came we were not checked leaving out drinks empty for about 10 minutes. Rule never go into a restaurant during dinner hour that’s empty. It’s empty for a reason and it ain’t for the killer food.

Food was decent, but delivery sucked. We waited 2 hours for cold pizza, garlic knots, and mozzarella sticks. The pizza tasted good, but it would’ve been way better if it was actually warm. We ordered towards the end of the night but that’s no excuse for a long wait and cold food. When we called to find out if our order was coming the man never offered an apology.

This place is not worth it. The salad is $15 without meat of any kind and to be quite frank Wendy’s Salad for $7 is way better and it’s the same size. Tried the pizza too and for what they charge you can get a much tastier, larger and cheaper pizza at Papa Johns. Their pizza lacks flavor. It basically feels like they bought it frozen and then heat it up. This was the first time I went and it will be my last. Funny thing was when a group of people open the door and said “we are not going to eat here, this place is empty must not be good”. And it was true. So that says it all. Not a good Italian restaurant. Heck if I want food like that I’ll go to Olive Garden. And after thinking about it I think Olive Garden is better.

The order took about an hour and 20 minutes. The pizza was cold but the taste was alright. The cheese ravioli was warm and tasted great. The garlic knot was lukewarm and tasted good. The cannoli was warm, not sure if that was intended as they are normally served cold but it tasted great as well. I might order from here again but only if I didn’t have another choice.

The food was underwhelming considering the poor service we received. After arriving early for a reservation, it took 40 minutes for our salads to arrive. The bread was the last to arrive on the table, 60+ minutes into our visit and after our main dishes were already served. Drinks orders were also messed up. The really infuriating part is that the server was extremely rude. There was never an explanation or apology. When we reminded her that drinks were missing (after ordering 15 minutes prior), the waitress was curt, rude, and unapologetic stating that she knew and “it was coming.” This happened multiple times. The horrendous service ruined the entire dining experience.

Pretty good. We’re super Italian so it’s hard to compare to NYC. However service was fast and very nice thank you. calamari was decent, kind of fishy but hey it’s Nashville Tennessee not the Northeast. our server was very friendly which was nice, she’s from the Ukraine. That pizza was good the chicken pasta was really good, the calzones were good too. The pasta dishes with the side chickens contain marinara sauce which is the sauce you get with mozzarella sticks not that homemade Italian sauce. Overall pretty good experience. Prices were reasonable.
