My husband and I stopped there yesterday when on our way back to Jersey. It wasn’t anything planned, we just went off the beaten path in order to escape the NOTORIOUS 95 traffic. We were pleasantly surprised! Great food, great atmosphere, the staff (especially Alley!) were super nice and we were treated WONDERFULLY!!! It really made our wicked long drive that much better. Even the other patrons were super friendly! What a gem you have there, keep up the good work!

Good feel, great texture. However, the new pool table and dining area in the back really made me lose respect. It’s supposed to be an old-time theme, instead it’s turning into a local bar hang-out. When it comes to food? Excellent. But the changes really are what make the difference to me

Very diverse menu, excellent food choices from burgers to dinners. Some of our friends are very picky when it comes to food and this place always proves to be a winner for all. Prices are reasonably. A great choice for dinner or appetizers and drinks. They also have happy hour specials.

The food and the service was excellent but the atmosphere of the pub itself was ruined for me due to the amount of flies in the building. We spent the majority of our meal shooing flies off of us and the table. I will definitely try them again because the food itself was great I just hope they take care of the bugs.

I went here to meet a friend for lunch on Monday. They had just opened so I sat at the bar and ordered a beer. It wasn’t cold enough for me but again they had just opened.

It was a terrible experience. I took my girlfriend here for dinner for New Years Eve and it was a disaster. We got there at our reservation for 8:30 PM and already they had the band going – LOUD and couldn’t talk to each other. Next, our waitress took about 10 minutes to come over and even give us bread/take our drink order. Shortly after running out of water, it took her 40 minutes to come over and refill them – she had brought us our appetizers, food, and cleaned the table off before she even thought about getting us more to drink. She came over minimal times and concentrated more on the larger tables around us. For the 2 hours we were there, we barely said a word to each other because we couldn’t hear each other because of the band. I understand its the New Year, but give people a chance to eat and enjoy themselves – maybe an hour AFTER the kitchen closes. It was a nightmare and I was very very displeased and will never go again. Oh, and the food took a while to come out and was subpar.

Average food and service. Ordered the shrimp scampi because I didn’t want to eat meat… wasn’t the best choice. Probably better to order burgers and fries and other meat options at this place. The mac and cheese was really good.

We found this place through a quick Google search and we were not disappointed! The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. This will definitely become one of our go-to spots!

I think they did a total makeover on this place. Great little pub if you are in the area. Food took a while to come out, but that was because they made everything from scratch (including chicken fingers and mac & cheese!). A little towards the expensive side for high end pub fare, but you are going to pay more for well-crafted food.
