Izakaya has been my families favorite restaurant for many years but last night was horrible.we went to celebrate my mothers bday ,we all received our food (3 orders were wrong but they didn’t charge us) told our servers the meat in our ramen was almost frozen and were told it was normal.our first time experiencing that and let the soup would warm it up.we told the servers 4 times about my moms sushi rolls and she didn’t get it until we all had finished eating . Now my family who had the ramen has been vomiting since 2am .last night experience was awful and I hope the food is cooked more thoroughly.still our favorite restaurant

Got really excited when this place came up during a web search for another Izakaya. Convinced my partner to give it a try after reviewing other comments on line. The parking should have been a giveaway; trashy, unkept and not maintained, poor street appearance. We walked in and the interior didn’t look much better. Should have left then. But like a toothache, I wanted to try the food.
