The food was good, our buns we cold. They did offer to fix it. They were having power issues, so it was a little hot in there, but no biggie for us. The owner was trying to make sure that we were taken care of. I got the duck and the flavor was good and the presentation was great. My friend got the walnut shrimp, I think the kids call it, bussin. Lol They did offer to make everything right on our next visit, but we were traveling through. I would recommend this place.

I had visited Joy Luck about 6 months ago with my boyfriend and the food was out of this world, but the service was really slow. We had been wanting to come back for a long time but we’re not able to, until tonight! The food was still out of this world extraordinarily amazing, but the manager on duty, Mitch, was what really made the experience for us. He was social, friendly, informed about the menu, and really helped us to have a beautiful evening. Shout out to the cooking staff on duty, and the rest of the staff as well. You guys have a great team. We will definitely be back soon and continue to do so more regularly!

Went during lunch food was ok. Nothing more special than regular Chinese takeout. I didn’t have anything that makes me want to come back. Lunch portion was small. General tso chicken had good flavor. Fried rice was bland.

The spicy dumpling soup will knock your socks off! Was my favorite dish we tried followed by fried crab rangoon and beef and broccoli! Everything was fresh and cook perfectly. We brought our large service dog and had zero problems. We also got a kick out of the the $2 lazy dog sake that comes in a juice box!

What a wonderful surprise impeccable service, authentic Asian cuisine and a very chill vibe. If you go to Bardstown Road in Highland it’s a must stop by and dine. Everything on the menu is delicious, don’t sleep on this place!!!

So good. We went on a Friday night, it was busy but not too busy, sat at the bar and enjoyed good drinks and eats. Spacious and clean super good vibe, bartender was great and staff was very friendly, amazing vibe in this joint. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options!

Great food, crisp-tender vegetables, my favorite. Mitch is a hustler! Fast, friendly service from both Mitch and the owner. Great outdoor space on Bardstown road in the highlands makes for a great people watching spot while eating.

Food was good, but not great. Dumplings lacked robust flavor. Chicken listed as grilled in menu was actually small, fried pieces. Ginger salad was larger than expected. Sangria was syrupy sweet. Presentation was excellent.

The food is pretty good, but this place has years of deferred maintenance. The patio chairs and tables are dirty and wobbly. The menus are dirty. The outside patio just doesn’t feel inviting anymore. It used to be on our regular rotation, but after going there just me and my son recently, I wouldn’t take my wife there on a date night. The place is in need of a good refresh.
