We visited this restaurant on a whim. The waitress was very nice and explained to us how their menu worked, since it was our first time. The waiter or waitress will write their name plus your order on the paper which doubled as a tablecloth. We got the calamari as an appetizer. It was very good, but not the best I have ever had. The calamari came with two dipping sauces. We also shared a boil (for $51.99) that contained shrimp, 2 clusters of crab legs, sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes and eggs. It also came with sides; coleslaw, french fries and white rice. The only downside was that the silverware was plastic, so that made it hard to pry out the crab leg meat and the “to go” container for leftovers was literally a plastic bag to dump everything in from the boil, which was the same way it was delivered to us. I did get a lid for the leftover coleslaw. The establishment itself is nicely decorated on the inside. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. We will definitely be going back to try other menu options. I doubt it would be a great first date place, but I recommend trying it.

David is awesome. My server G was top notch. I’m telling you, I write reviews based on customer service. Service was phenomenal and David continued to check on my husband and myself throughout our entire visit. We didn’t just receive the food as a here you go eat up. David actually cared about our experience. G made sure we had everything we needed at all times. I didn’t have to go looking for my server or request my server from another server, like I have to do at some restaurants. Not only was customer service top notch, the quality of the food and drinks were to die for. I’m definitely coming back.

The service was great and the food was too. The music was on point and the atmosphere was cool and laid back. Our server was nice and polite. We left her a $30 tip. I definitely recommend this location if you’re into a modern seafood place with great seafood. The Cajun chicken and fries were good too. Its a nice place for a date or family outing. A bunch of seafood to choose from.

We had a blast here! Food was amazing, very much a low country, Savannah feeling preperstion. The food was great, the prices upfront, and Juan and David took excellent care of us. It can be very messy, but they peovide bibs, gloves, and plenty of wet wipes. We will definitly be back.

It was my 15 year old Grandson birthday and. We happen to be in town for a basketball tournament. He and his teammates got the sea food boil and they loved it I got the Fry Oysters, they were ,okay all in all ,this is a new location. Best seasoning ever. I absolutely love working for The Juicy Crab. I have tasted the seafood boil and everything is cooked from fresh on the entire menu. They also have steamed rice, which I love. They offer appetizers. Food to get your hands dirty. Fried options, nice combos and sides, plus desserts. Today was our very first day open in Cincinnati and it was quite exhilarating to be a part of this new family to Ohio. , I promise the hospitality is overflowing. There’s a lovely Holiday Tree in the entrance and my co-workers and bosses are friendly and hard working. It’s quite refreshing. Stop in soon, I would!

I highly recommend Juicy Crab definitely a 10/10!! If you haven’t even tried it yet your absolutely missing out !!! The flavors are mouth bursting and the atmosphere is great . My overall experience was amazing . This will forever be my favorite Crab spot !
