I travel for work so restaurant hoping is kinda my thing. First off, we went during lunch time to possibly avoid any crowds. Obviously we avoided our waitress as well because she disappeared after taking our order and we didn’t see her again until it was time to pay the tab. No drink refills or nothing. The atmosphere was… ehh. Very few customers and writing all over the walls. Secondly, I’ve never in my life thrown away seafood. It was EXTREMELY salty. My entire visit there was less than satisfactory. $45 wasted.

Ridiculously delicious!! First time visiting and we were very impressed. Fantastic seasoning….large portions….and amazing customer service. Friendly atmosphere with lots of smiling faces. We do not visit Atlanta often but when we come back this will definitely be our stop for food. Thank you Juicy Crab for giving my daughter and I a great experience to end our mother-daughter date. Tiffany was our server and she was perfect!

This restaurant appears to prioritize its financial gains over the quality of its food and overall service. Despite having dined at numerous establishments, I have not encountered any others that impose an automatic gratuity for groups of five or fewer. During a recent date night with my fiancé, I was taken aback upon receiving the bill, as we were compelled to part with our hard-earned money despite receiving subpar service. Our server made errors with our order, neglected to refill our drinks, and seemed preoccupied with her phone. This disappointing experience has led us to decide against patronizing this establishment in the future. Furthermore, we intend to advise our friends against dining here. Adding to our dissatisfaction, the food was excessively salty, and it was evident that the management showed little concern for our overall experience. Given the chance, I would rate this establishment with zero stars.

The food was very good. But they need a better take-out process. We were packed in that little take-out square. I could barely pick up my order. They should limit people that can come in at once. Or just call when your order is ready since they are such a busy restaurant. I didn’t dine-in. But the food was great. The parking was also crazy. I suggest parking in large lot and walking to the restaurant.

We had a delightful experience. Our waitress was incredible. It was my birthday and we were celebrating. The entire wait staff was very courteous and made our experience fun. The food was great. Crabs were well prepare and seasoned to perfection.
