I was expecting it to be packed as usual but it wasn’t today. Plenty parking and seating. Food hot & fresh. Unique crispy fish very tasty and they added some sides. Affordable and nice staff. Food came fast and I was full. Broccoli & fried rice had great flavor and I can’t find a negative. Maybe they can add more green vegetable options and also get a better fork.

I just left this place and I’m so disappointed my server zalayla took 10 mins to Greet us and she had only one table that been there..the whole section was dirty af and nobody attempted to clean it up. We ordered the cheesesticks and our drinks took 11 more minutes to get that and it was cold. That was it for me I told her qe are leaving and she still charged us for everything and we didn’t even eat it

I was their very first customer walking in for a takeout and when I got home 15 miles away. Clearly this is old food from yesterday or over the weekend! overcooked and so disgusting. I couldn’t even eat it and the sauce on the bottom was almost gel-like and wouldn’t move so clearly this was sitting from the day before! Plus I asked for shrimp but these look like crayfish eww

Very quick service for a Friday afternoon and the food was hot and fresh. I personally felt like there was too much sausage in the #1 and it could’ve used another potato instead. However, to each their own. Prices are reasonable and you will leave feeling full. A DJ was coming in as we were leaving and she started playing all the bops. Wish we had stayed longer

I love juicy crab. This Smyrna location and the Howell mill locations are the best ones to me. Me and my husband came here on a small outing with our baby and the food was good as always. My husband had a lemon drop with Hennessy and I order a frozen daiquiri drink. My drink was watered down so I decided to get a lemon drop as well, but our seafood was good and the service was fast. We also ordered fried calamari but that was over cooked so it could’ve been better

HORRIBLE There was hair in my food I told my waitress she just looked at it and said hold on a second so I was just sitting there waiting and I watched my waitress the same one that saw the hair in my food go service another table without letting me know anything!!! Finally a manager walked over well I’m guessing she was the manager she never introduced herself!! She asked if we were ok I then informed her that there was hair in my food she looked at it as if it was nothing and then asked me to place my crawfish on a paper plate she walked away then came back and grabbed my food again nobody is giving me any updates no one is asking me if I want anything else or trying to accommodate me at all!! After 10mins the manager comes back with food and said we made you some more fresh!! I didn’t get any type of accommodation I was upset so I just paid and left and again I paid full price smh horrible service

Upon yon realm of Smyrna, Georgia, did I dine at The Juicy Crab, a culinary sojourn that kindled the fire of my palate! Our server was Shorty and she was the best! From giving her honest review on the food selections, to giving us a free shot, to going out of her way to make sure we had scissors for our crabs her customer service was amazing. We were super impressed with our food and the margaritas were delicious!!! Def will come again!

Since we had such a poor service experience at the Juicy Crab in Midtown on Howell Mill we decided to check out another location. We stopped by at the location in Smyrna and we had such a good experience. The place was very busy but staff were so sweet. Our waiter Lenelle did a great job taking care of us. He was on top of his game. Brought everything and was checking on us constantly. He had such positive vibes. The food was delicious. The steamers are simply amazing. We’ll be back soon.
