Absolutely phenomenal! First the best waitress I’ve ever had, customer service is outstanding and that is an understatement. I suggest the duck, it’s unbelievably good. The mussels were outstanding, oysters were great, literally everything was great. The cocktails were a bit overpriced in my opinion, but that is the only “complaint” I have, because they too were phenomenal. They have an extensive wine list and the bar is very well stocked with your choice of spirits. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant in downtown Winston/Salem. Was pleasantly surprised to find this French theme restaurant and the food did not disappoint. The escargot, and the trout were especially fabulous and they had some fun drinks including one that comes out with a toasted marshmallow. Everything was well prepared and flavorful and service was fantastic. I am not a big fan of fish in general, but this one was so well prepared that I finished mine, and a bit of my boyfriend’s as well.

Amazing bar and bartender. One of my top 10 favorite ever bars. Atmosphere and drinks are just incredible. Already planning a future visit with more time to enjoy things.

Had a great dinner here. Speciality cocktails were amazing, as was all of the food! We had mussels, steaks, salmon salad, and dessert. Honestly dessert was the least favorite. The servers were great, patient with our toddler, and really attentive. We can’t wait to come back here another time.

After reading, “Barbarians at the Gate,” we had to spend some time where it all happened. I’m surprised that the restaurant doesn’t at least have a plaque for people to take their pictures by.

Sunday brunch at The Katharine was splendid. We took a brisk walk downtown – many directions to go from here.

Delightful quiche paired well with the lemon spritzer for a quick brunch. Refined atmosphere. Free valet for restaurant guests ( the downtown parking is problematic so was was a true plus).

An exquisite dining experience at The Katharine Brasserie & Bar! The elegant ambiance sets the tone for a memorable evening. The menu boasts a delightful fusion of flavors, and the attention to detail in every dish is evident. From the appetizers to the desserts, each bite was a culinary delight. The knowledgeable staff made excellent wine pairings, enhancing our meal even more. The Katharine is a must-visit for food enthusiasts seeking a sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere. I can’t wait to return for another remarkable dining adventure!

Stopped in to top off a family get-together with cocktails. The lounge on the far side was so beautiful and inviting. Perfect for gathering in conversation clusters. And the drinks were delightful.

We loved our dinner at the Katharine! A great place to celebrate an event or occasion. We enjoyed great service and a great meal, but the star of the show was the cocktails. We couldn’t have enjoyed the Cheerwine Old Fashioned and the Campfire Old Fashioned more! Great, fun, twists on an old classic.
