This place is lovely! Absolutely reminds me of places we went while visiting Tokyo. I had the tonkotsu black, and it was every bit as good as something you’d get in Japan! Great details, nice atmosphere, good place to sit and enjoy your meal!

I visited here for my birthday lunch today and am over the moon with my experience. The takoyaki is an absolute MUST order–incredibly delicious. We also ordered the gyoza, shoyu ramen, and tonkotsu black ramen. Everything was flavorful, served quickly, and the staff was warm and welcoming.

I went to The Kazoku for the first time today. I had the Spicy Mala Ramen. It was an interesting combination of Japanese and Chinese flavors! The ramen was tasty and the restaurant had a great aesthetic to it. The owner was so friendly and hardworking. He has put in so much love into his restaurant and it really shows. Please come support him and his family!

I absolutely cherish this cozy and intimate spot! The food is authentic and so nourishing to the soul (and body!). The owners are so kind and friendly, as well as the other staff. I’m so glad a local friend of mine in the area shared this place with me. It’s my go to when I want to show a loved ones a place where we can comfortably go to eat and actually hear each other (other restaurants are so busy, loud and crowded) but here, everything feels like a graceful pause in the day or evening. It’s also the perfect place to eat solo during the workday or a date night on a cloudy day for some phenomenal ramen…or even outside on a sunny day in the patio over a fresh poke bowl. If you love good food, good vibes, and kind hearted people, definitely come eat here and support this local business. So grateful for you guys!

Very good new ramen shop. Keep in mind, plant based will have different noodles than traditional ramen when ordering. The atmosphere is very beautiful and inviting. The pork on the miso ramen was delicious. Would recommend chili oil at table but all and all this is fantastic ramen and a welcomed addition to Longmont food scene.

If you love ramen you have to try kazoku !! This ramen was like it was prepared in japan. it was sooooo super good and badly needed on a cold day! Loved it all. The ramen i had has pork chasu, narutomaki, green onion, kikurage mushrooms, bamboo, egg & shoyu soup. I recommend reserving a table as this place seems to fill up fast!

We got the tuna poké and spicy miso ramen. The poké is good, and hit the spot. The ramen was a little cool(I’m sure was a fluke), but the spice was great and the pork was phenomenal. This place is a great local spot with great service though, and we can’t wait to support more.
