This place was everything we hoped it would be. The service was excellent from start to finish. Tracy was a gem with refills, checking in on us, and getting us set up for an amazing experience. We really enjoyed the food here, but the service was nonexistent. We saw our server only a few times, and mostly had to stop other servers to get utensils, a bucket, and drink refills. The only time our server seemed truly interested in us and smiled, was when she brought the check. They were not that busy, and it seemed like other tables were being attended to. Just not us. I am not too upset about it, we adjusted her compensation appropriately. The food was very good though so we will definitely be back, maybe for take-out.

Great experience at the newest location in Chandler. We were greeted immediately and shown to our seats. Food was cooked to our liking and we were very satisfied with the portions. The servers were very attentive. We were asked multiple times if everything was good and if we needed anything else. We will definitely recommend dining here based on the service alone!

If you’re debating coming here, let me tell you, this was by far the best service and quality of food I’ve received out here in Arizona regarding seafood boil. This will now and forever be my only place I go to eat seafood boil. The atmosphere here was impeccable! Friendly, caring, and sweet staff that genuinely care if you’re having a great experience. The absolute worse service ever received. Food was delicious but 99% of the order arrived wrong. Then when requesting to be corrected we were advised “Well you’d be getting a discount without those items. Do you still want them?” Sir, I would not have brought up what my order was missing if I did not want it. Our waitress also abandoned us the second she fkd up, leaving the gentleman to wait on us the reminder of our visit. She didn’t abandon us for other tables either. Just to sit behind the counter and give the entire party dirty looks. Absolutely do not recommend this place until they’ve been open longer. For sure has potential, but needs to get their act together

the food and sauce was good, but the service was bad. the place wasn’t busy but still took 15 min to get our orders in, then took another 15 min just to get our drinks. I rarely saw our waitress, so had to ask other waiters and waitress for refills, gloves and for my check.
