I day tripped with my kids to the local splash pad and we stopped here for a late lunch. The waiter was fantastic and took good care of us. The food was your typical “bar food” but it was delicious. We sat in the restaurant side but the bar was nice.. I recommend it if you’re in Elbow Lake!

Not for people who have celiac and burgers are dry and tasteless. My burger was VERY well done and had no flavor. Also, I was dining with someone who has celiac disease and after being offered a salad with crispy chicken (which has breading) decided their safest option was applesauce.

Ordered takeout on the last day of management. Was fairly busy. All staff was bustling and working very hard. As always I love the food! Everyone was smiling and friendly! Will miss the Knotty Pine!

I rarely give 5 stars, Knotty Pine Bar & Grill deserves it. We were passing through town a few days ago. It was our first time here and we are so glad we decided to stop. The food was exceptional and so was the service. We had the Backwoods Burger with coleslaw and 4 piece Chicken Basket with fries. The hot food was served hot which seems to be a problem for some restaurants nowadays. The Bloody Mary’s were the best we have ever had and we have had many. What a treat. As we were leaving we were told the current owner has sold his restaurant and is moving on to new adventures. Hopefully the new owners keep the food and service just as is. Best wishes to both the current and new owners.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. It took over an hour to get 2 burgers, the orders were messed up, there was 5 staff and 6 customers there. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND for food OR service
