The vegan breakfast sandwich tastes quite good. It’s something that you could make yourself at home with quality items but I appreciate their offerings and the pleasant little outdoor tables that wrap around this block. Service was extremely attentive and nice. I will be back.

Yum!!!! Was so happy to finally make it in and was not disappointed. I’ve since tried the chorizo burrito (blew us away), weekly soup (white bean tomato), coffee cake, dirty vanilla chai. Would recommend all to anyone!!

Amazing vegan food. Really delicious burrito with homemade chorizo made from walnuts and cauliflower. Blue lagoon smoothie really hit the spot. Perfect for brunch. Only open on the weekends and not very big, definitely worth a visit!

My absolute favorite breakfast spot! I’ve gone almost once a week since they’ve opened. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. I love so much of the menu, I usually order a second meal to go! My personal favorites are the bagel sandwich & the cheesy hash. The cold brew old fashioned is a MUST! You can’t go wrong with their smoothies either. Their rotating selection of desserts are great, I especially loved the butterscotch bars.

One of the best vegan spots in Milwaukee. They have wonderful customer service, which says a lot because vegan restaurants can often lack in that department but not here the staff is always nice and welcoming. The food is great as well, I used to go to Beerline cafe almost exclusively for weekend breakfasts, now this is my Saturday morning spot and Beerline cafe on Sundays. It is also very nice and clean inside. I definitely recommend this spot to a lot of people!

We love this place. Great people, great vegan food, ambiance of celebrating life. Also, intimate (read: very small) and, uh, interactive (read: noisy). So it wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea. In fact, perhaps not a place for a leisurely cup of tea. But overall, our favorite restaurant!

Fantastic! Food was ready right on time, the server that brought our food out to be picked-up curbside was incredibly kind and double checked our order with us right at the window! Food was DELICIOUS and still hot by the time we got home. We will definitely be back for more vegan food!

I live in Chicago and the people there still recognize me from how often I’m there. lol. My Milwaukee friends know that if I’m in town, I WILL be getting Lafayette Place. I’m the type to always want new things, try new restaurants, try new foods, but not in Milwaukee. My breakfast will always be a vegan brekkie from Lafayette Place. 12/10.
