Absolutely Amazing! One of the best Lebanese restaurants I have ever been to. The food was tasty. It was Friday night, they were busy, they advised us food delay was 45 min because they were so busy. Awesome waiter, started out with delicious appetizers and cocktails, very nice bar, maybe the nicest patio in Northville. The food was very authentic and delicious. Though they were busy , owner and manager was always making sure we were good. Staff was great!

The food was really good. The main issue was that we were a large group (9) and our food came out at very different times. My entree salad came out with the appetizers. Then 1/2 the food came out and it was almost 10 minutes before the last 3 people got their food.

Delicious Lebanese food! Been here many times. Become our go to. We have had many items on the menu, always consistent and very good. Very nice bar and patio , very friendly staff. The have cool live entertainment occasionally

Love this place! So happy they opened in the heart of Northville. We went on Saturday night , they we’re pretty busy. The hostess was very polite and honest. She advised us that the kitchen was an hour wait. We were able to be seated and order drinks, the food was worth the wait! Very tasty and large portions. Very authentic Lebanese. Our new spot!

Food was good and our sever was nice. We got a chicken kabob and beef tenderloin kabob and both dishes were tasty. The spicy shrimp app wasn’t that good and the tabouli was ok. We also got hummus and fattoush and those were good. The best was the spicy potatoes, they are a must get. The reason for 2 stars and not more was they forgot one of our dishes. When we asked for it the severe said it was coming. By the time it came all of us where done eating and it was awkward, ruined the dinner so I don’t know if we’ll be going back.

Haven’t visited my home town Northville in over 16 years. What a treat to have amazing Mediterranean food again. Having lived in Chicago, the Mediterranean cuisine there has never compared to the authentic cuisine here in southeast Michigan. Lava provides an exceptional dining experience, and food. Long time friends and I enjoyed a great time on the patio. Can’t recommend enough to anyone visiting. Tanya, her sister Cary, and the Manager are masters of their craft and service. Another reason to visit again soon.

Great chicken shawarma, one of the best around! However the new online minimum order amount is $12 and I can no longer order just this for a decent price/meal ($10). EXTREMELY disappointing and I will no longer be partaking at lava grill. 🙁 FIX THIS IF YOU WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER!
