Driving by I stopped in for a sandwich and found a great selection of salads, appetizers, sandwiches and entrees. I ordered the vegetarian burger with blue cheese and fries. Delicious! Fun atmosphere and friendly service. Definitely will visit again!

My wife and I took a challenge to drive at least 15 miles out to find local eats. We ended up at the Lazy Lion. This place was clearly where the locals meet up, because there really wasn’t much else in the little town of Deerfield. What a cool little place they got going there! Food was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The seating was tight, but they’re working with what they got. There was live music. I ordered the Special, which was the Chicken Vesuvius! Man, this was filling, and delicious!

Was out driving around, and got lured in by the grill smell. Definitely glad I did! Blue Cheese burger is the bomb. Good fries and decent selection of beer on tap. Super friendly, professional wait staff. Been back a couple of times.

Came around 530 on a Saturday night… place was PACKED. Despite this, service was phenomenal. Our bartender, Danielle, greeted us immediately and was very quick with service and any requests. Her positive energy and attitude really made the experience.

Second time driving through the area, and decided to stop in for a late lunch. Great little place. The service is very friendly, easy going, and on top of it. The atmosphere is really easy going too. We got sandwiches and cake. Both were delightful.
