Amazing service from very kind people! We stayed in Pierre for one night and had a late dinner around 9:30. Good suggestions on food, which all came out awesome. We liked a beer they had on tap enough that we wanted to go buy it in cans. They called the liquor store nearby to make sure they had it and gave us directions! Low key, dive bar (in the best way!) with great atmosphere.

Great steak cooked medium as ordered. The portion was as advertised without an abundance of fat. Everything was hot and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. I gave 5 on atmosphere, because all had a welcoming spirit and desire to please. My friend sang karaoke too. It was a fun time. Keep up the good work!

Waited over an hour in a place that wasn’t even busy. Our wings arrived, obviously they sat in the window for awhile due to the sauce dry. Tables were walking out next to us, another table didn’t even get a customers order. I took the situation to the owner to explain my concerns. All I got was attitude and she stormed off. Never in my life have I experienced a bar struggling to stay afloat. So instead of some food here, I guess we are grabbing Burger King. Don’t recommend this place to anyone honestly with how horribly management attempted to cover their mess up with attitude and storming off in a huff. If they were actually busy I’d understand, but they weren’t.

I really enjoyed my “Nuclear” boneless wings. Good amount of heat for a Midwestern wing, but not too much. I could’ve handled the Super Nuke but was very happy with my choice. The ranch is also very good.

My family decided to do the tuesday wing night. Got there at 7:20 pm and the server asked for our drinks. Right away, the server/waitress got my kid’s drinks wrong, instead of chocolate milk, she got her regular milk. Then it took almost 40 minutes for her to follow up to the kitchen to check the food and then realized she didn’t put the order in. She asked for any sides that we would like while waiting which would probably still be added to my bill. After another 20 mins, the food was served but got my order wrong. I ordered mild wings and she served me a barbecue wings instead. She then again had to return it to make it right….. It took another 15 mins to get the food and I ended up just having it to go. Completely unsatisfied and feels mad that the other customer that came after us got their food sooner. She didn’t offer to compensate or give something free . All she could say is sorry about that…..I may probably just order over the phone and take home from now on. Totally ridiculous to be leaving the restaurant almost 9 pm when most of the time was spent waiting. I really enjoy wing night every time I dine in but I am not happy and this definitely ruined my experience with longbranch..

Place was nice. Staff was friendly, our waiter kept getting distracted by talking to their cousin. Food was good, outside was a little sketchy looking. 2 pool tables and what looked like a stage and dance floor. Kid friendly and food wait time was low.
