Although the kitchen seemed a bit slow — it was totally worth it! This place puts TLC into their food. They had this fish special (Grouper, brocollini, beef, baby scallops, rice and lemon cream sauce?) — despite not being a huge fish person, it may have been one of the best dishes I’ve had in Buffalo. Drinks, service, and ambience were good, too. I’ll be coming back for sure.

We dined here for my fiancé’s birthday dinner- overall impression was good, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The food was quality and you could tell it was made fresh. Each order was also a generous portion which you don’t always see at higher end restaurants. If there had to be one “complaint” for the evening, it did take longer than expected for each course to arrive, however the server checked in with us frequently and our drinks were never empty. Our dinner took just over 2 and a half hours which we didn’t mind, but an observant nonetheless.

Hard to get reservations, probably due to its small size and the great food. The bruschetta special, with chicken and artichoke hearts was so good! The chicken cutlets were tender and moist, as was the pork tenderloin. The steamed vegetables were at just the right tender-crisp stage, and the cranberry sauce with Grand Marnier was excellent. Staff was attentive, and are to be commended; when our server, Elijah, was busy at another table, other staff assisted us with a couple of small matters. Can’t wait until our next visit.

Visited for the first time for our anniversary dinner. We received great service and recommendations from our server. The cocktails, mushroom soup and both of our entrees were outstanding. The only part of our meal that fell flat was the dessert, those weren’t as great. But, we would absolutely return for dinner and drinks!

One of those awesome restaurants you go to 3-5 times a year. You make that sacrifice to go there because of the great food and drinks and friendly atmosphere not because it’s easy to get there or the panhandling outside the front door. This experience has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my recent travels. My experience left the worst taste in my mouth when Michelle the bartender was abrasive, rude and has no personality with the group of 9 that just spent $750 with tip. I was kind enough to close my tab out at the bar for $26 and left a $10 tip to brighten her day. I left a little note on the tab. Hope you day gets better and a 40% tip. She was so rude after I asked her to read the bill she became enraged. Owners should take a personality check of there employees before they represent their business. Food was Delicious and waitress was awesome. It seems you get better bar service at the dive bars across the street.

A local institution that never fails to impress in terms of the food or the hospitality of it’s staff. The outdoor patio transports you into a lovely oasis in the middle of Buffalo. The food is mostly Italian with a twist. We had a stuffed portobello mushroom as an appetizer which came with a lovely sauce. I had the eggplant which was great. We didn’t have room for dessert but the people in a table next to ours did and it looked and smelled great.

Had dinner here for my wife’s birthday after receiving a recommendation from some friends. Was not disappointed, the food was amazing and you could tell everything was made fresh in-house. Huge portions too, we ended up taking half of it home. Price was also very good for the quality of food. Service was great and drinks were amazing. Also to anyone who hates parking in the city, they have a private lot which was a big plus for me! Will be coming back here again for sure.
