First, I want to say that I have ordered food here several times. Their pizza had become one of my favorites, and their other food was very good as well. However, one week ago I ordered food (lunch and dinner) for pickup/takeout through the Slice app. Prior to me arriving there, they had told me it was already picked up. I explained that I ordered the food for myself and was picking it up on the way home. I also contacted customer service on the Slice app, and as of one week later, “is still working on it”. The restaurant claimed that a person showed them the order on their phone. But whenever I picked up an order, I just gave my name. I got no help from the restaurant or the Slice app, and I’m went home with no food and no refund. I don’t recommend The Lido or Slice app.

The fisherman’s platter is for two. More whole belly clams than any other fisherman’s platter I’ve ever seen. Loved the no fries, onion rings only option. Haddock, clams & shrimp were good, but the scallops stole the show as far as I’m concerned. Only ate about 1/2. $40 platter for 2, best value around!

I was pleasantly surprised that Lidos had great pizza, had the 3 cheese with pepperoni and was licking my fingers after cuz it was sooooo good. Staff was soo great, wish other establishments would learn from Lido.. thanks Jennifer for your great attention to your patrons .. DEF will return…. I’ve been told their ribs are out of this world .. will update ya all soon

Chicken fingers were so good as was their pizza. Nothings changed since I had gone there as a kid! Quality always wins! Thank you Lido! We spent $26 bucks and it fed 3 kids and 2 adults (and we had gotten a 2l too)
