This place is a MUST-SEE!!! They have awesome pizzas, super friendly owner and staff, the decor inside and out is modern and just fabulous, it’s right by the water, exciting to be close to trains that go by, and best of all? They have an awesome little playground for kids! I could go on and on. It’s definitely going to be our summer go-to for food and atmosphere whenever we are in town!

The food is good and the service is fine. However, this restaurant has a huge fly problem. The pizzas are prepared on the first floor and there are also some customer tables here. This level of restaurant is unscreened and completely open to the air. There are many, many flies here. The flies are landing on the cooked pizzas that are waiting to be served. At the customer tables it takes constant hand waving to keep multiple flies at a time off the pizza and off exposed skin. This level of the restaurant needs to be screened. As it is, it is unsanitary. I doubt I will be back.

My wife and I ate there today. The pizza was wonderful, good portions, and the staff was incredible. The upper deck has a fantastic view of the river that alone is worth the visit. Can’t wait to go back.

A new and delightful gem in Fountaintown! The gluten-free, garlic and chicken pizza is delicious. Like, surprisingly so… as I usually love the gluten. The open air deck and river views are spectacular. Excellent space for a sunset, pizza, and a cocktail. Looking forward to music and volleyball too. Just wow!

Beautiful place to enjoy the scenery of the Mississippi River! Pizza was delicious, service was great, very fun atmosphere!! Cauliflower gluten free crust was really good! Will definitely be going back!!

This place was awesome. There was an area for our kids to play while we ate pizza. The Golden Frog was just across the street for those of us who didn’t want pizza. Overall I would come back again.

The Lily Pad which is an addition to our bar/restaurant; The Golden Frog Restaurant and Saloon in Fountain City, Wi; has just opened this weekend, May 27th! What a fun day we had! Thank you to all our patrons for supporting us, citizens of Fountain City, our staff knocked it out of the park! Come check us out; enjoy the beautiful view/scenery of the Mississippi River.
