Worst treatment of customers I’ve ever seen. Made fun of the older lady in front of me. The people after me got their larger order before me, because they were local politicians and having a photo op with Mr Holmes the hot dog guy, and the girl working the counter (the owners daughter) just started off to me when I complained…I must have interrupted her phone-time. The last $16 I ever spend there. King Gyros and Cosmos at least treat you politely.

If you are a delivery driver DO NOT COME HERE. The food will NEVER and I mean literally NEVER be ready when you get there, or they will have closed the “restaurant” even though they are still very clearly open and taking orders for their other virtual restaurants.

The desserts at the cheesecake place were very good. Moe’s makes an awesome Moe’s bowl, too. The buffalo chicken wrap from Phat Wraps is also tasty. Everything else I’ve tried from Big D’s, Moes, and Phat Wraps has not been good at all, and I’ve tried these places several times each. It’s unfortunate because I’ve had really good Moe’s food at other locations, but this is nothing like it. Off the top of my head, the hummus has been chunky/grainy, and the falafel tasted burned and greasy every time. The rice we got today was crunchy and bland. At Big D’s, the fries were gross and inedible. They were dark, tasted burned and bitter, and were soaked through with grease. I’ve tried Philly steak wraps and sandwiches from different places in the kitchen, and on every one of them the meat/veggies have had an unappetizing, paste-like texture, like everything melted together into one amorphous glob. I try to support local businesses, but this place really needs to take better care with the food they’re serving, or they’re not going to last.

This was the second time here and probably the last. First time we got bao buns and wraps and they were all pretty good, aside from the shrimp in one that was mini frozen shrimp that wasn’t great. This time we ordered from 3 places and the majority was not good and some of the order was wrong even though we ordered inside and checked over the order before finalizing it. It seemed as if there was one girl doing everything and one guy who was trying his best to take orders but must have been new. The food looked and tasted like it was microwaved meals. My meal was totally wrong and it didn’t even look appetizing, i was supposed to get chicken teriyaki and it ended up being something like Mongolian beef, so I ate my bao buns that were ok but I was given the wrong ones from what I ordered. Everything else really just wasn’t good. My son barely touched his chicken, it was actually hard to eat. I tried a piece and it was very tough, so he ended up eating some fries for dinner. And my husband ate his gyro because he couldn’t stand wasting all the food. We spent over $50 and sadly most of the food went in the trash. We were so excited about this place, but honestly I don’t think there are any chefs there cooking… more like their food is just getting reheated by one girl doing it all. I really wanted this place to be great, but we were really disappointed this time around.

First time at Lincoln Kitchen and we will definitely order from here again. Cool concept with several different kitchens in one building offering carryout and delivery. We ordered from Phat Wrap and it was fantastic! The wraps were packed full of flavor (Philly cheesesteak and Mediterranean). We will be back to try one of the other kitchens!
