I was pleasantly surprised by this place! We wanted to try breakfast somewhere that wasn’t a big chain and this place did not disappoint! We have two young kids (5 and 2) and the crayons and blank placemats were great for entertaining them.

Great pancakes. Bacon was cooked perfectly. Home fries were delicious and service was excellent. Sat outside underneath a tent which was nice and not noisy. It faces coastal highway which is no one’s fault just a reality. Took about 15 minutes to get a table which is pretty good on a Saturday at the beach ️

Ok so this place is “little” but has “BIG”portions and flavors. My southwestern omelette had fresh peppers and onions in it and the cheddar cheese in it was well aged and added a great flavor to it. The pancakes the kids got were fluffy and delicious. The home fries were crispy and seasoned well. My only ding would be (in my opinion) the coffee was a little weak.

I am a huge fan for this restaurant, I’ve enjoyed the food and the staff, the owner/manager is a Walter from Jeff Dunham puppets. Anyway my sisters and I went to this restaurant and everyone enjoyed their meals. Our waitress went out of her way and was friendly. Long story short, I ordered the veggie omelette and I never get cheese, however this time, there was a little bit of cheese in it, it was not a problem and I was willing to keep it and not make a fuss about it, I was good. However, the waitress came to the table to check on us and questioned how was everything and I mentioned it, she was ready to take my plate and I told her no and it was okay, no big deal. Well I guess it was for her and Walter/owner. I was approached in a way I’ve never seen before and it was extremely upsetting and rude. He demanded I open my omelet and I explained that was at the beginning of the and I know what cheese taste like and again it was no big deal, I kept it, continued eating it and again it was no big deal and I told him I wasn’t and didn’t as for anything. He really gave me the business and was pretty much calling me a liar and at that point I was done and he caused an unnecessary scene. I asked for the bill and left, I’ve eaten at this restaurant for many years and have never experienced anything like this before and because of this, I’ll never go again, this sad because it was my FAVORITE restaurant! Anyway I felt it necessary to share.

We come here every year on checkout day. They are quick to get you in and seated, even with large crowds, or groups. We regularly have 5 or more people in our party, and have never waited more than 20 minutes. They have a parking guy to guide people during high traffic times. Portions are huge. If you order an omelet it comes with a side of pancakes or French toast. Which is delicious.
