This was my first time eating here. The atmosphere was very nice. The food was simply delicious. And even though they were short on help, the service was wonderful. The drinks were amazing. It’s a little pricey, but it was a great experience.

Tonight we had a family gathering at Lobster Pot in Willoughby, we had a party of 20, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty waiting on us, from making sure we had drinks to making sure our food was right but let’s talk about their lobster roll, I have heard it will be the best ever but I had to find out for myself and let me tell you I almost cried everything you have heard is true the lobster was perfectly cooked and I love Lobster so I got the lobster ravioli and it was to die for. This was my first visit and I definitely plan on going back.

Excellent service! The crab stuffed shrimp appetizer was delicious. Ordered the 1.2lb crab legs with red potatoes and green beans for main course. My apologies for failing to snap a pic of my appetizer. The conversation made it slip my mind. Oliva, our server was amazing.

Overall good experience. Service was very friendly and efficient. The octopus was very disappointing. I didn’t care for the flavor and seasoning and I had a piece so chewy that I had to spit it out or risk choking. I would recommend removing the dish from the menu or at least reinventing it. We also ordered the whole lobster which was good. Sides were average, but good. We may give it another try someday, but I will try different items than what we ordered.

The food is worth the price but the service is not. One of our party just had surgery on her back and had to sit down so we took a table so she could sit. One of your hosts followed our party and asked if we had reservations. One in our party had called and left a message for 430 on Wednesday. The host proceeded to give us trouble because they had no record of it and we sat at a table that could of been reserved. Then he told the waitresses so they didn’t wait on us right away. We may be elderly but we should be respected we are customers

Food was good. I don’t like warm shrimp cocktail, I think it should be cold. I got surf/turf, I asked for my steak to be rare and it came out barely pink. The lobster tail was really good. My friend got red snapped and said it was delicious. Our server was very nice and attentive to the table. The prices are crazy expensive. It was great to try but just can’t afford it.

My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience for lunch. Our waitress Michelle was very pleasant. Not a five star rating only because there was a hair in one of the cocktail sauces and shrimp was a little over cooked. Overall the food was delicious and we will definitely be returning!

Dining here is inconsistent. We’ve had good meals and good service here, and also mediocre of both. Our most recent experience was the latter. Our male waiter was quite over-chatty, sweaty and obsequious to the female diners at the table, while at the same time making a number of mistakes with our orders (for a table of four adults). Zip it and focus on accuracy and efficiency. The experience will discourage us from returning soon.
