I just love this place. The food is as good as grandma’s!! The servers are friendly and respectful. Their prices are down to earth. If you’re in the area and are hungry don’t go to a fast food place go to the looking glass, you will be glad you did, and will leave full.

We were slightly off track on our journey and needed lunch. We both had Reubens—a cheat from our usual vegan fare—and they were totally delicious.The waitress was lovely and the cook owner came out to talk to a bunch of regulars. This place is senior friendly. They like older people there, not just tolerate us. If you are over 65, just go!

Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time! BEST home fries I’ve ever had at a breakfast restaurants. The French toast was delicious!! Gravy and sausage biscuits amazing! The amount of food is crazy. We had leftovers. Prices very reasonable too. We sat at the counter, our waitress was delightful and cooks were super friendly! We will be back for sure! You don’t want to miss this little breakfast nook when I’m town!

I placed an order through door dash. The ETA was delayed well over an hour, and continued delaying. I couldn’t cancel through door dash without being charged so I called the restaurant and asked what I should do. The people on the phone were not helpful whatsoever and basically told me they don’t know when the order will be ready. They were very rude on the phone and told me there was no manager to speak to and there was nothing they could do about it. I was looking forward to trying a new place but after being disappointed by the customer service I do not recommend this restaurant.

Found this gem after poorly planning our trip & so glad we did! The atmosphere is small, local diner; very relaxed & comfortable. The food was hot & delicious with generous portions. The coffee was hot, strong & the staff kept my cup full! The servers were friendly & attentive. We have another trip planned in the area & already decided we’re going back! Highly recommend!

First time visit and we will NOT be returning. We stopped in (myself and two children) for lunch! All over the menu and posted outside the restaurant says they have “homemade Turkey” sliced thin! I got a turkey sandwich for the kids to share and the honey mustard turkey sandwich (both advertised for homemade Turkey!) my kids got their meal and would NOT touch the turkey. I then got my sandwich that had the same DISGUSTING wet, slimy turkey on it! The waitstaff was nice and super busy. I completely understand the short staff and it’s not their fault. However don’t advertise HOMEMADE turkey sandwiches, and really serve nasty cheap cold cuts! $23 for trash!
