Visited the place today. I love their burgers and steak fries BUT I always struggle with the amount of blue cheese crumbles I get when I ask for it. I’m paying for the cheese anyway. I tipped like I normally do because their credit card machine asks you to . But today I requested extra crumbles hoping I’ll get double the amount for the $1.20 price I paid… this picture is what I got. Before I walked away I asked if they actually gave me the extra and the older man said “Yes, I made sure the cook gave you extra”. I said “Ok, but it appears to be as much as I normally get and could I please have more”. He was obviously frustrated with me and walked to the kitchen and said something to the cook who looked up at me and he walked back with an ounce of crumbles. I thanked him and ate my meal but was upset.

The hamburgers got smaller. We used to love the portions but there is a noticeable difference in the size of the hamburger buns and ingredients. Aside from that, the staff continues to wear facemasks placed under the nose or chin. Why have them wear them at all? If they don’t care about customers, what does that say about The Loop establishment?

We typically ADORE The Loop. However, this time, at this location it was simply eh. The cost is astronomical for what you get. The food has went so downhill. Everything seemed rushed, and the food was extremely bland. Overall just a bad experience. Ordered The Mediterranean, a L Pepperoni, a side salad, and a kids Pepperoni. $50+ USD.

This is my first time coming here and their burger and fries are tasty and the employees are friendly and nice and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. You go to the counter to order and they give you a table tracker that vibrates when the food is ready and you pick it up at the counter.
