Ordered at the til and was handed an order buzzer. Watched several other customers order, and get their orders well before us. Some almost right away. Lots of take out phone orders I understand but those that ordered after us were definitely served before. We only ordered burgers and a Salad so not like waiting for pizza. Finally went to the counter to inquire, cashier asked the kitchen who responded 5 more minutes. Burgers were cold, cheese was hard buns were mushy. Probably sat in the kitchen for 10 min first. Sorry, not heading back even though the food looked good, not a cold burger lover

Best cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. Service was very good for the set up. Atmosphere as expected for placing your order at the counter and returning to pick it up when your buzzer vibrates, and self-serve soft beverage area. Perfect substitute for an at-home cookout. Prices are reasonable.

I asked the cashier if the mushrooms were fresh or canned. She looked at me like I was from another world. Said I don’t know. I said, “Never mind. The place was empty. The frustrating part is when we tried to find a table, they were all dirty still. The seats were gross. It’s annoying when u see employees standing around doing nothing and you have to clean a table yourself. The food was great. Just wish the drink fountain and tables were cleaned. Makes u wonder what the kitchen looks like.

30 minute wait for two sandwiches. Not a lot of orders ahead of us and a slow Monday night. Several orders behind us served ahead. I think most of the order was sitting and waiting for something because most of the food was lukewarm. Maybe better luck next time, since they are usually right on.

The last 3 times I have gone to this resturant the food has been over an hour plus for my wife and I. I usually refrain from giving establishments 1 star but they deserve it. The manager is rude to the customers and the employees making snarky comments. I feel bad for those that work there and those that choose to eat here.
