We like this place. Not sure why so many people are so entitled leaving bad reviews but dude has always been really nice whenever we got food from here. It can get challenging running a business by yourself so please be nicer to the people who are literally serving you food. Now onto the food: absolutely delicious!! The flavor is there, the toppings are great, and it is always hot and fresh. My second pic looks blurry only cuz of the amount of steam coming outta there. The menu is diverse with something sweet for dessert included and everything is very delicious! Highly recommend this. Been a minute since we checked it out but will return soon.

My first time coming here and my goodness food is absolutely amazing!!! Damn the smell is makes my mouth water and as I was opening my bowl I swear I was drooling. Now when I took my first bite, FIREWORKS! Such a great experience and I’ll be coming back for many more. Keep up the great work!

The wife and I went here while staying in Tigard. Loved my sliders (the smoked and fried chicken), both were tender and very flavorful. Wife enjoyed the Dirty Mac n Cheese with added ground beef and carmalized onions! The sides of corn were juice. Only downside is our forgotten sauces with our order of Popcorn chicken but otherwise I would visit again!

The Mac’s food was good. I ordered the 1 pound order of Mac-n-cheese and the Dirty slider with smoked chicken as my protein. All that was missing was some hot sauce, and they had about 5 different brands, but ALL the bottles were empty. When I asked them for more they instantly replied they were out, without even looking. I find it hard to believe they were ALL out. So I say their customer service was meh, that’s a shame too because all the Mac-n-cheese was missing was some Chalula. Nonetheless, the Mac-n-cheese was yummy. the slider was flavorful, I really enjoyed the potato bun they used. Prices are reasonable for the portions.

The Mac food cart serves an excellent mac & cheese that absolutely deserves your attention, but their sliders are not to be missed either. We chose the fried chicken, smoked chicken, and the OG Mac for our sliders and now all we can say is choosing a favorite was extremely difficult. Almost every bite of both the smoked chicken and the fried chicken was followed with a “this one’s my favorite.” The juicy fried chicken had a cornmeal crust and a tangy house-made BBQ sauce – unusual, but just right for this one. The smoked chicken retained its moisture while fried onions added the perfect crunch. The OG Mac slider was so different that comparing it to the other two is nearly impossible. The mac & cheese is a four-cheese recipe that is perfectly creamy and a unique experience inside a bun. The potato buns make all of the sliders great because they easily tear apart, but still hold their shape. Somehow all three of these evoked a general sense of attending the fair in the summer. If you’re ever missing the fair, The Mac might just fill that need with their sliders.

The Mac n cheese is just okay, the flavor is missing something. The fries were sad. I ordered fried chicken sliders. The flavor was okay but the cuts of chicken were pretty thick for a slider. Not the best bun to meat ratio.
