This place has great ambiance, they also have outdoor dining under cover. They have a great menu with both land and sea options. The food was delicious, our server was on top of things and kind. There is their own parking lot, we were there on the early side but it became crowded quickly, I would recommend reservations.

Great atmosphere, delicious Aperol spritz before our meal. I decided to make a dinner out of the mussels and a side order of onion rings- mussels were divine, the onion rings were pricey ($10) and bland- definitely skip those if you go. My friend had the blackened seafood trio and also loved it.

I’ve been in the past, and have a great time, this time was completely opposite of that. The hostess shouldn’t have that job, she was rude and just so obviously didn’t care. We tried to get a drink at the bar, aside from telling us to move multiple times, the bartender didn’t acknowledge us once despite standing there for 15 minutes as well as being told by the “hostess” we could go get a drink before we were sat. Our waiter was a super nice dude, but messed up our initial bill, and we were charged twice as much. The food was good though, I got the baked haddock, had great flavor, only positive part of the experience. Maybe when you put out ads for jobs next year you should include “actually can perform in a service industry job”

Came for lunch on a Saturday with a party of six and sat outside. It was not crowded at all. Service was quick and pleasant. I had the Haddock Rueben which I was hoping to love, having had one last year at a Maine diner that was really amazing. This one was not. It was a very dry sandwich that was hard to swallow and surprisingly tasteless. I almost asked for more tartar sauce but the waitress was gone at that point. It really needed something so I slid my pickles onto it just so I could finish it. I had ordered coleslaw but got fries so I couldn’t add more slaw which would have helped. Since someone else got the bill I didn’t make a fuss but when we left, several others in the group commented on their disappointment with the food. None of us are complainers so this was unusual. I think two had the fish and chips. The Bloody Marys were very good! Maybe if I return Ill try the Cobb Salad.

Maine catch is wonderful! The servers are excellent Casey and Marta were wonderful! The food was delicious. Atmosphere is very relaxing. If I could give it 10* I would! We’ll be back next year!

Food was fantastic! We had the Cobb salad with lobster and the crab and avocado melt. Perfect dishes to share and delicious! The blueberry pie was next level. Form and not soggy on the bottom. Service was also amazing. We didn’t wait for a table but we noticed long lines in to eat in the center of town. And while the restaurants in Perkins Cove looked very inviting on the water the reviews all said the food wasn’t great, so The Maine Catch was really the perfect choice. We have high food standards. Also loved the outdoor seating.

We came here last night and had an amazing dinner. We had the lobster risotto and the scampi with shrimp–both were so flavorful and a perfect portion. We will definitely come again. Friendly service from everyone! Definitely make a reso, this place is very popular.

Lobstah Cobb Salad! For me this is the most delicious pile of lobster with amazing extras in Ogunquit. A healthy pile of meat in the center of a salad with bacon, onion, avocado, boiled eggs, blue cheese— and a house white balsamic dressing that takes it over the top. So much flavor and so filling!
