The person taking our order over the phone was very rude and had no sense of customer service at all. Despite that red flag, we still placed an order for takeout and it was a big let down. “Pan fried” brussel sprouts were super disappointing. Missing any salt or seasoning and appeared to be microwaved and then “pan fried” for a microsecond. One burger was supposed to have “caramelized” onions, but were anything but caramelized. All the fries were completely soggy and could have been so much better if they were just fried till crispy. On a positive note, the wings were actually pretty good. After spending nearly $100 on our takeout order we were really disappointed.

My wife and I get take out at least once a week. The head chef always has awesome new specials every single week. The bar staff are super nice and it’s a great family environment. Can’t say enough great things about everyone that works there. It’s why we come back week after week for years now!

My son had chicken sandwich and Cole slaw. He thought the sandwich needed to be salted better and hated the coleslaw. I got a Ruben and fries and thought they were good. So based on my son’s (he’s 25, not a kid) meal, they only got a 3 star. Waitress was extremely nice and was on top of the meals. Wish I could tell you her name but I don’t remember it. Probably one of the best waitress I have had in a while.

My expectations were surpassed by The Maple Leaf Pub. The helpful and welcoming personnel made sure that everything went perfectly. The variety of drinks available was excellent, offering a wide range of possibilities. The bar offered a welcoming atmosphere that made it the ideal place to unwind and have a few drinks with friends.

I went here for a great band with a group. Looney Tunes Rocks. Had a very nice chicken salad. It was busy and loud before the band started. Parking is plentiful but at a distance. The small close lot was full. I would like to try it during the week for dinner. The food was good.

I guess that we are regulars at the Maple Leaf because Google always reminds me of how long it will take to get there as I’m walking to my car on Fridays after work. The atmosphere is friendly and casual. The bartenders (shout out to Bridget!) are talented, efficient, and friendly. Bridget will make you a margarita that will blow your socks off. The food is great! My better half often gets the pretzel bites which are served with a house-made jalapeno cheese dip. Yum! I love their quesadillas, and I think that I have tried every one of them. Their salads are so huge and fresh ( I recommend the Cobb). I also like their flatbreads (the chicken parmesan with peppers and onions is sooooo good!). The Maple Leaf is clean, well-run, and (let me say it again, friendly). If you are new to Western Massachusetts and looking to feel at home, you can’t do better than this place.
