I’ve been 3 times and this is my favorite restaurant in Colorado Springs. I came for a business lunch as well as my anniversary dinner. The flavors, service, and atmosphere is the best I have found in El Paso county. There indoor and al fresco seating options are unique and fun.

The owners’ grandparent’s homestead ranch, renovated adobe house. Price Fixe menu. Four-course is worthy of the price, but you can get the 3-course and then add an Ala carte appetizer. Very cozy ambience. In great weather, dine al fresco on their large patio viewing Pikes Peak. All adult drinks were a good pour; the food was worthy of Michelin stars. We will always return! Drive PAST the Embassy Suites, turn left into the drive.

This is a special place. It has a different and special atmosphere. Not the “fancy location in a strip mall” vibe but an artsy, Colorado-centric, up-scale, but still casual, feel. The food also is special and has an organized, but sophisticated, taste. It’s not Michelin stars, but in my book, Colorado stars, which is better for a Colorado Springs experience. Our server was excellent, and we have heard that others are too. No, it’s not the perfect restaurant, but we have travelled nationwide and worldwide eating at many of the highest rated and/or Michelin starred eateries on the planet. You shouldn’t miss this “Carrot inspired” tradition when planning to dine in the Springs.

Had my moms birthday dinner here & it was spectacular! The lights, scenery, & restaurant is beautiful, the service was great & helpful, the food was AMAZING, & the price for a 3 course meal was only $44 (which was a steal for the quality of food). Honestly some of the best food I’ve had in a while! We will definitely be back!

Wow! Loved the ambiance outside on the patio. Ordered the black raspberry peach margarita which wasn’t all that great. Also did the 4 course meal. Didn’t love the bread, soup, or salad as they were all quite bland, but the entrees and desserts, oh my goodness. Eggplant dish was delicious, but the New York strip steak was the best steak I’ve ever tasted. The chocolate almond torte was also top notch. Will definitely be back to try other dishes! Staff was friendly, service a little slow, which is understandable considering the absolute quality of the meals that came out of the kitchen. Great experience. We’ll be back!

This was a 6 month anniversary occasion and we wanted something special. Neither of us had been to Margarita at Pine Creek so it was our maiden voyage. Everything was perfect. The welcome, the ambiance, the wait staff, and the food were all amazing. And to top it all off, the prices were actually very reasonable. Ashley was sweet and hilarious and very accommodating. We had a Charcuterie for an appetizer, the Salmon and NY strip and they did not disappoint. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is incredible. I loved their knowledge and flavor profiles. The lamb and the pork tenderloin were perfectly cooked. I ordered the pork tenderloin with a cilantro and ginger sauce, grits and veggies. And my husband ordered lamb with a dill sauce and veggies. The lamb melted in your mouth. We ordered the 4 courses the soup (not pictured) was incredible the smoked chicken and i had the potato leak soup. They were served with a fresh brioche roll. So delicious. The wine recommendations were excellent. Our server has worked there for 30 year and Chef Eric for 20 and you can just tell they love what they do creating this fine dining experience. It felt so romantic and exclusive. The flavors spoke to my soul. Excellent meal.

I went with a very dear person in my life, and I wanted an atmosphere that reflected and celebrated the occasion. This restaurant did not disappoint! We both loved every delicious course and drink. Had a lovely brunch today with my sister and mother here. Crab cake Benedict was hands down best I’ve ever had, our server (wish I remembered his name) was so down to earth and awesome. We talked about plants and how we tend to unintentionally kill them . The atmosphere was light and fun. Such a good experience! Will be back soon!
