this place should be closed down. food is overpriced and terrible. new owners should be evicted. i’ve been going there for 25 year’s and haven’t been there in about a year but it must have changed hands because to sum it up,the food sucks and way overpriced. i was embarrassed that i took my mom there saturday for brunch.

Not as I expected, service was horrible and drinks were $10 for a small Jim beam and coke. I wanted Jack Daniels but they don’t carry that brand. Never ate because the staff was overwhelmed with the little amount of people that were there.

After searching for a waterfront restaurant and finding Marina Grille with rave reviews and beautiful pictures, decided to go there for a special dinner. It is a lovely location with nice views, although the photos depicted a much more upscale interior than we found. Our waiter was just wonderful. However, we were incredibly disappointed with the food. The calamari was so tough it was sent back. The fish and chips was soggy, the scallops were good but the basmati rice they came with wasn’t cooked enough. In all, an $85. Meal that wasn’t worth $10. Would not recommend this place unless they find a new chef

I am an ex employee, and the staff there at the time (back in 2015-16) were really terrible people. They would abuse power and horde tips that were supposed to be shared with other workers which made me feel taken advantage of. The bartender always gave me an attitude when I didn’t get his ice buckets fast enough (had to go to the basement and fill 2 large barrels with a tiny scooper) and I made sure to go as fast as I could. The waitresses made you feel like you weren’t a valued worker and they deserve all the credit for being veteran workers. The type of people that smile and whisper and look at you out of the corner of their eye while you’re cleaning a table by yourself. Besides all the employee issues, I generally can’t tell you how the food is because they don’t feed employees for free like everywhere else I’ve ever worked in food businesses (literally everywhere) except for a free drink at the end of the night, and when asking the bartender to add a splash of jack D honey in my coke he said that’s much too expensive for a free drink and offered me a beer. The chef was a total drill sergeant with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Everyone feared him for some reason. Honestly the only half way cool one was the manager. It was a dreadful bunch of humans to be around. The ambiance is fantastic however, I loved the views and the overall feeling of the place, thus… the lone one star. Stole a chicken finger from a left over platter once and it was actually decent. Still one star ⭐️ sorry marina grille. Treat employees better

Every time we come here there’s always a problem with the kitchen getting the food out . People who came after us always get their food before us for some reason. It’s nice eating on the water over looking the boats, and the servers are very nice. The owner/manager does need to dress nicer though, she looks very unprofessional.

We bought a Groupon to this place and the waitress advised the owner will come out to discuss the Groupon with us. The menu was very limited and the service was slow in spite of there only being two customers. We ordered two shrimp dishes and our waitress only brought one. We had to wait long for the other dish to come out after bringing it to her attention. They didn’t have a drink menu, so the bartender had to come out and explain what they had. While trying to redeem the Groupon, the bartender refused to accept it stating the owner was away on vacation. Meanwhile the waitress already told us that the owner was cooking. Obviously, someone was lying and they had no intentions of accepting the Groupon. Toward the end of our meal, another customer lit a cigarette. The waitress said nothing as they seemed to be friends. Overall, it was a poor experience and will not be going there again.

Disappointing. Took my mother in law here for her birthday after finding the restaurant and menu on Google. Arrived at the venue after making reservations. There was no one there. We were handed menus that didnt have any of the same dishes listed on the online menu. The venue was pretty, but the food was mediocre. The server took several breaks even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Whenever we needed her she wasnt available. Our service shouldve been top notch if we were the only ones there! Great decor for a small party or bridal shower etc. However, management needs to be made clear of your expectations.

Had lunch today and it was a really a great experience. The waiter was super accommodating and the setting perfect for a hot summer day. The views are lovely and the space bright and airy feeling. There is outdoor seating but it was way too hot. Oysters were fresh, clams in wine sauce also fresh but broth with toast a little salty, thus the 4 stars. But the crab cake was fabulous!! Big chunks of crab and hefty portion of crisp hot delectable fries. Mmmm! They will be having music so check the schedule. Beautiful New Rochelle spot-YES! Definitely will return.

Food was very good but service was not. There were problems in the kitchen that delayed orders for most of the patrons. It took over 40 minutes in some cases. 3 stars is solely for the food quality being good. Our server was trying hard and was very apologetic so no fault on her part
