Tuesday a couple weeks back, was taking the kids out to burgers, our planned stop was unavailable. Scouted around the area and found this place. Walked up, smelled good through the open window. Menu looked great. Stepped up to order: “oh we’re closing down for the day” looked at the clock which said 6:12, got nothing else from the person in the cart. A shame, as there really did seem to be some winners on the menu, but I probably won’t ever waste my time trying to come back.

Delicious! We got the Western Burger and the Cheese fry burger and loved it. Their nacho cheese is soooo good. Everything is fresh. The service was great. Fries were delicious. We definitely have gone back since our first time. There is a little sitting area behind the food truck but we just took it to go.

Biting into the burger my first thought was I had hit pay-dirt! Culinary nirvana! The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow… unfortunately after masticating for a moment I noticed a small problem, a slight rain squall in paradise. The flavor is there, the right mix of crunch and savory and a bit of sweet, but there’s a problem.

If you want a really cheesy grill cheese sandwich. You must go here. The sandwich was so gooey . I loved it. Even came with a side of waffle fries. If you ask nice they will give you dipping sauce for your fries. The staff are really nice and friendly. I am going again when I am down there again.

Everything was really good, but I wasn’t a fan of the burger patty. Seemed like the burger was overworked when mixing the beef, so the texture was a little dense and rubbery. Really fun menu and everything else was great!
