Ordered on their online app and got three desserts. Apparently Meltdown serves all their food through Denny’s, so I had to go to Denny’s to pick it up. I went to pick up the order and almost walked out the door with it before I realized that all three desserts weren’t there. After going back in they told me they couldn’t make the desserts because they didn’t have the ingredients on hand. However, when I asked for a refund, they also told me they couldn’t give me a refund because it was through the Meltdown app which is a different company. Went through a bunch of hoops and there was just absolutely no help in giving me the money back for a product that I paid for but never received. Absolutely fraudulent. The one thing of food that I did get wasn’t even that good. Stay away.

Didn’t have all items, but still charged me for it. Said I have to request a refund through the app. Did so, but no refund posted to my credit card.
