I have been to this Melting Pot location at least 10 times over the years, and it has never disappointed me. You should be aware that this is not a quick eats kind of place. Expect to be there at least an hour and a half due to the nature of fondue. Reservations are definitely recommended and easy to book on their website. The building this location is in is a replica of Independence Hall and is in a really cute shopping plaza.

1st timer!! Out and about with my wife on our anniversary. We decide to try something different. When we arrived we didnt have to wait long to get seated. Atmosphere to me was kinda chill but bland. Not sure what to excepted but, it was clean. Our Waitress was very professional then the Manager came out to talked to us later in the evening.

This place is a gem. Service is always top knotch. Every time i have gone, the servers always seem enjoy their job and are helpful. I know some people arent fans of “cooking” their own food but i suggest that everyone at least tries it once. Its the whole experience. And there is so many different combinations on top of it. Highly reccomended.

Great first experience, wish I had tried sooner. Service was great and had really good insight into some of the best flavor combos. As a hint get lots of tabasco in your cheese fondue, adds an amazing layer of taste and isn’t anywhere near as hot as your imagination scares you into thinking it will be.

We were seated next to a very loud group of women, probably recent high school graduates and a mom. I was a bit sad. We had a very cramped table, but it can’t be helped as this location seems rather old. I prefer the king of Prussia location where the seats arent sticky and it doesn’t look so depressing inside.

My daughters surprised me with dinner for Mother’s Day. I’ve always enjoyed the Melting Pot, however I really felt that they went above and beyond for Mother’s Day! Food was delicious and service was very good, as always. What was very very touching was the additional items provided by the Melting Pot – a free photo with my girls so I’ll never forget the event and an adorable gift bag with a few goodies (including a beautiful pink carnation). I will DEFINITELY think of the Melting Pot for our next special day. One more thing – I do LOVE their mixed drinks – my favorite is the Love Martini. It’s sweet and does not have a strong alcohol taste.

amazing restaurant, truly a nice place to dine. took my girlfriend there for our 1 year anniversary, the staff set the table up with rose petals and they all signed a nice card! the food was fantastic, this was my first time there and I will most definitely be back. thank you!
